Thank you so much for the video, now I know where to buy the ingredients. I live in Brooklyn, NY and I know the Patel Brothers have a store in Jackson Heights, Queens. Which is only a subway ride away. I look forward to more videos, especially more of the video above whereas I can purchase ALL of the ingredients in your videos. Please keep up the good work, my brother. This valuable information will definitely help me in my healing. Thank You! :)

First off I want to say "thankyou" to you and your wife for these awesome videos! My family and I have just decided to become vegans after being vegetarians for a good while. So I am excited about being a alkaline vegan but I have one question. Do you have a video showing the major staple ingredients that we need to always have on hand in our pantry to get started on the Dr. Sebi alkaline vegan system or do I just need to purchase items as needed for each recipe as I am watching the videos.

    • @TysConsciousKitchen

Then add in some of the grains, like spelt flour & garbanzo bean flour, to help make some of the staple recipes I cover on this channel.

Hi I just found out about it. I do understand smythe concept. Do you know about PFAS in plastic leaching into food. What I would tell you is store your foods in glass Mason jars. Be careful with Garbonzo beans they contain lectin. Which is bad for us the only way to rid the body of lectin foods is to cook in pressure cooker. Lectin is toxic to us. But keep us posted. 🙂

What you're doing is great except the plastic containers you're using which are not BPA free..

This is to "Waiting on the Rapture" what list do you have? i have the latest list from his website & i don't see the soft jelly coconut on the list. This is what i was saying before on other sites that Dr Sebi's lists has changed over the years. This is where we all need to continue the research. I've even seen a video or two where he talked about some of the items that were on his list before that he had to remove. & the some that he added. so if anyone has any list other than what's on his website today, please share. thnx

..And also my fellow health conscience Fam out there, make sure your storage containers if not glass is always BPI-free. To understand BPA-free, you must first understand what BPA itself is. BPA stands for bisphenol A, an industrial chemical used in the manufacturing of certain polycarbonate plastics and epoxy resins. According to the Mayo Clinic, BPA has been around since the 1960s. BPA plastics have historically been used to make containers meant to hold food or beverages and coat the inside of food cans and bottle tops. And unfortunately, BPA can cause a HUGE number of negative health effects.

How would this diet affect someone with GERD? My bf has a hard time with acid reflux and I have been searching for the best way to help him. He is so hesitant to eat ANYTHING. Tomatoes and other acidic foods mess him up.
