If Hz AbuBakr(ra) wanted hadiths could be compiled in book form just like Quran, but khulfa e rashdeen did not do it. Compliation of hadith done during Abbassid caliphate who were up to no good, as they and Ummayad caliphate were using Islam for power and politics.
Yes I agree with u. Quran and sunnah z the most ethentic source of our religion. Unfortunately we changed the whole direction in reverse. We first follow the so called stories and hikayaat of unkown source then we base on dhaeef ahadis and then very little on sunnah and quran. Like Darwin's theory we should not be confused by the similarities among the prophets that every thing was the same. Moreover at the time of the prophet pbuh the original teachings of the previous religion were changed and fabricated. The followers had no proof for what they were doing. How can shaykh Ghamdi claim that every thing was in its place therefore no need to mention in the Quran. That's incorrect conclusion.
