Vauxhall Vivaro Camper Van Build (3) Episode (9) Building the Kitchen units for the CRX50 Fridge.

Vauxhall Vivaro Camper Van conversion, This week I install the Kitchen Pod by using 3 x Every day Kitchen Units. In-order to create the L shape design, I cut the back out of the 2 x 30cm Units.
Using MDF isn't the best way, as long as you seal all cuts and seal any joins, it's a perfect way to create a professional look. Later on in the build, I will once again install a CRX 50L Fridge into the 50 cm Unit. This is a tried and tested method which worked brilliantly in my last build!

Great video again, how did you did you finish around the sliding window above kitchen unit and install the 12v split charge system, can’t find video of these, my battery is in front of passenger seat.

Hello, I’ve not fitted a split charger into this build as the Solar provides ample charge. It’s quite easy to run a cable from your van battery to a fuse / then to the charger to the leisure battery. Make sure you Earth correctly and consider a good pairing of the van battery to leisure (otherwise if your van battery is weak/old you run the risk of it not charging your leisure battery) As for the window?
