Good point, but at least the video is in landscape mode, and not portrait mode, all those amateur photographers who do not know which way to hold their phone. And it is so nice to find a video that is not plastered with some dumb reported dressed like a corrupt politicians with endless talk, talk, talk. So I say that they deserve some credit.
Then I started watching the footage from that point on and right after they are showing a helicopter flying low and it appears to be searching for someone . I think somebody definitely needs to look at the footage at 49.05 down on the bottom right .
At the first minute or so they are probably about 2,000 to 3,000 feet high. They need to be high enough to be out of the way of the air attack and spotter crews.
My doppelganger who stole my military paychecks went to Butte County, didnt she? The thief and murderer loose doppelganger from..utah(?) i think, is still alive and in Los Angeles and regularly breaks into my home. Law enforcement needs to streamline, man.

You're doing it wrong. The banner on the bottom blocks too much of the action. That banner should just be a ribbon in the upper left hand corner.
