Not gonna lie, I felt legit bad for Gerulf when he got unceremoniously game over'd by an axe to the face. The man refused to leave his superior behind when he and the others could have made a run for it. Servants of Barnabas or not, he and the rest of Benedikta's followers deserve respect for their loyalty.
Honestly, he was kind of underrated there. But more than that I would like to see some kind of prequel with Benedikta where she meets up with Cid while working for Waloed.
Man I loved Ifrit shooting fire with the clap of his hands to counter Garuda's winds. Kinda Disappointed they didn't let him keep it when we control him the other times.
It's worth noting that even though the Ifrit vs. Garuda duel was rather basic and perhaps constitutes the least memorable Eikon battle in the entire game, Garuda still manages to cut off Ifrit's right arm with ease. Ifrit wins only thanks to the instant regeneration of that arm.
She should join the party. Her acting was soooo good i couldnt believe. It Would be very nice to see her character development bcs she was linked with sid and Hugo. It could be So much more for her.

Honestly had Ifrit not killed her I do think it was possible that Benedikta could've been an ally. On a less serious note, listen man if I was Clive it would've turned out different like I'm just sayin I would've helped her I swear you guys gotta believe me

Her entire character revolves around the fact that she acts as a spy for Waloed and acts attractive because she is terrified of losing people and ending up alone again. She hates Cid despite him saving her because he left Waloed (since he found about Barnabas being in bed with Ultima) and felt it as a personal betrayal. It makes perfect sense for her to act as she does. And in the fight, you don't "hit her butt", Ifrit was just an animal out of control.

Despite her rather short screentime, Benedikta was an amazing character.

Well, Garuda was the only Eikon using Wind, so it makes sense Ifrit used that move on her.

Garuda’s design reminds me of harpy eagles, which seems fitting for multiple reasons.
This bossfight is beautiful but it’s definitely one of those “the bosses when your parents walk in” boss fights
I realized on my second playthrough that Garuda's thighs jiggle when you hit her legs and had to step out of the room for a second myself
