This is my first visit to this channel. What I don't like is that the countdown timer includes switching from left to right or right to left. I think that people should be given a few seconds to change positions before the timer is restarted.
I start on different sides each time I do her workouts so if it seems like the left got more reps one day... the next day I start with the right. Hope that helps! I love these workouts

Mary switches positions in between, you can too.
I always rewind what I lose with the switching. But I agree 5 sec for transition between legs wouldn’t be bad.
