I’ve been waiting for a longer leg workout by you for a while now I’m happy you’ve finally made one (also yay weightsss)! This workout was pretty enjoyable (although some of the movements I performed awkwardly haha) :). I’m going to have to try some of the other newer workouts you’ve released some of them look funnn

Hey! Keep your diet in check . Make sure you limit your junk food intake . Drink water ,stretch , go for walks, sleep well , increase your bodily movement throughout the day. Trust me you will be able to see difference in a month or two

if you want to get slimmer legs, you must lose weight in general! spot reduction is a myth, you cant make one area slimmer without overall fat loss
