1). Find body type
2). Drink 2 glass of water after wake up in the morning
3). Eat before workout any of these fruits papaya, Banana, apple ot shake
4). 12 baje roti gharki sabji & salad
5). After workout drink water & drink banana shake with peanut, bhuna chana, dry fruits
6). Lunch me Ghar ka khana prefer one of these egg, chiken, soya chunks,
paneer include curd or chach, & salad . after 1 hour drink 1 to 2 glass water.
7 ). Don't drink water after eating.
8 ) 3 to 4 pm banana shake ( step no 5 ). If gain weight faster 2200+ calories & search calories calculator
9) if possible eat dahi chawal.
10 ) go to gym or home workout, after workout eat banana, dinner me Ghar ka khana if possible include egg chicken soya chunks paneer
11). Drink 1 glass milk ( don't mix gud, in ayurveda said that don't mix God into milk, God include in dahi).
12). After lunch relax, walk 10 minit , before 1 hour sleep side your phone.
13) 7 to 8 hours sleep , stay calm, don't distract,
Sleep , workout, deit, & fight
