So much of this made it into Super Mario Maker. The save screen music, the Eraser, the Rocket, Undodog, the Pig, the Baby, and even (Wii U only) the Gnat Attack game!
M shrinks Mario. A gives him the power back. And falls! R gets a eye and moves all over the place. I inverts the screen. O becomes a bomb. P adds scenery and buildings. A2 adds yoshi. I2 adds a earthquake. N shows the credits. T lets you draw on the screen. And ™ does nothing!
I know! Honestly, it seems like everyone who knew this game growing up really loved it. With the popularity of games like Mario Maker I am so surprised they never did anything else with Mario Paint. You are 100% right. I would love to see this game get re-released.
@@stockpilegameplay Was or do you feel Mario Maker 1 is better than the 2nd on Switch? Not trying to start argument as I never played the first and only played the second like maybe two times from a friend. I've heard the Wii U one is better
@@DannyP-dm1pw I have played both and really liked them both a lot. I personally found though that the first one was the better one. The second one has a lot of cool features and lots of really REALLY creative builders. However, the first one had this like cultural AWE to it. The community and the online at the time was so much fun to be around. I am just surprised that the first game did well enough to merit a sequel. It really was an amazing time.
@@stockpilegameplay Thanks for the heads up. I gave my WII U away some years ago to my friend's kid. The prices for a new one are a bit too much for me. I need to pick up the 2nd one at least one day.
@@DannyP-dm1pw Yeah they are both really fun! The second one has lots of creative options too. It's wild to see the things some people come up with. They took so many ideas from Mario Paint so its nice to see people of all ages enjoy a game that feels lost to time.
This game really is quite fun and quite enjoyable. There are a lot of SNES's going around for like 80-120 ish and you can always get a aftermarket SNES mouse for pretty cheap. I've even seem some people sell official ones for liked $50 ish. Make sure it comes with the mouse ball. Lots of them are missing it. And, lastly most people sell the game itself for like $10 because they don't have the mouse with it. Good luck! :)

The save screen music, the Eraser, the Rocket, Undodog, the Pig, the Baby, and even (Wii U only) the Gnat Attack game!
The Gnat attack being added was one of my favorite things ever!!
I also noticed that the autoscroller speeds in Mario maker 2 have the same icons as the cursor settings!
I basically looked for a long play for the music and the sounds to be in the background while cleaning the house. That's quite fitting.
That's exactly why I make these longplays! The nostalgic music and sounds in the background :) Thank you so much for your comment :)
this game was so magical, I was 11
RIGHT! There is just something about this game that is the definition of nostalgia.
Is song tokaga
M shrinks Mario.
A gives him the power back. And falls!
R gets a eye and moves all over the place.
I inverts the screen.
O becomes a bomb.
P adds scenery and buildings.
A2 adds yoshi.
I2 adds a earthquake.
N shows the credits.
T lets you draw on the screen.
And ™ does nothing!
WOAH!!! Thank you!
A (1st A) doesn't turn Mario into Super Mario, it's that only A or M are toggled on at once, but not both.
@@Jude_515 you mean M has to be toggled first to toggle A1?
@@Extremelybadpiggies No, Iʼm just saying that you wonʼt have both on at once. M and A1 are also independant.
I hope Mario Paint gets placed on Nintendo Switch Online eventually.
That would be * AMAZING *
@@stockpilegameplayI agree
with what mouse?
@@samviolet398 who said anything about a mouse? I’m pretty sure it’s a SNES game.
The way I listened to that third song on REPEAT 😂😂 so damn catchy
SAME!!!! I still listen to it all the time!
This was on my front page of UA-cam scrolling through. Already enjoying your uploads. Keep it up.
WHAT!!! really? That's Awesome! Thank you so much! I have some good stuff coming out soon :)
9:31 hmm. Part of this like Idk another Mario bro overworld music? Idk. Maybe you guys do
I miss the fly swatting game in mario maker 2
I love swatting bugs haha.
Makes me want to play Mario Paint now.
Get out that SNES mouse!
Why has this not been remastered for the switch?!?
I have been saying this for years! It would be such a cool idea to have this game remastered or even brought to the SNES online library
They would probably do a remake instead of a remaster.
Видео такое классное 600 много красок для mario paint
Я абсолютно согласен! Это одна из моих любимых игр. По этой игре такая ностальгия. И такая ностальгия по SNES.
It's great that Super Mario Paint is a stand alone Software.
One of the most creative too!
Why It feels a mix of warioware and Mario maker
The best mix for sure.
Messing around with the title is definitely something magic.
It was such a fun idea to really set the stage for how unique and enjoyable the game is.
Gnat Attack - the greatest mini-game of any SNES title!
TRUE FACTS! Hahaha I love it so much!
Wish they would re-release this game on switch. Or at least make an updated version. I loved this game as a kid, I was 7 when it released.

The bomb flys are easy to smack

Imagine There being 100 color Options For a Remake Version
Right! I would hope they would keep that weird charm the game has. Like how the first Mario Maker had that weird charm about it as well.

How do you record your gameplay from on snes?
I have a elgato recording device. I plug the SNES into it, then plug the elgato into the tv and the USB into a computer and its good to go.
Que buena música
¡Lo sé! Esta es mi música favorita de videojuegos de todos los tiempos :)
The best part was coloring the monkeys butt
Hehehehe yes!
Can you play this with a Super Nintendo controller or do you need the mouse pad that goes with it?
I don't think so. I think there are limited things you can do. But 99% of the game is locked behind needing the mouse.
You can't even get passed the menu without the mouse i believe
@@chambers0188 How much is this game worth? Is it as fun as it looks?
@@alexkain8564 about 5 bucks for just the game, 50-60 for the mouse pad and mouse

I would like to play this game but with the mouse of my pc ❤❤

emulators let you use your mouse at the snes mouse I think

Just download the emulation. Your PC mouse would work better. Unless you'd prefer the nostalgic, authentic feel of playing it on the SNES.
