Crispy Korean Fried Chicken Recipe | korean style fried chicken | Fried chicken Recipe
Ingredients
Boneless Chicken 250gm
Salt to taste
Chilli powder 1/8 tsp
Garlic powder 1/8 tsp
Pepper powder 1/8 tsp
Mix well
Marinate for 10 mins
All purpose flour 1/4 cup
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Water as needed
Marinated chicken
Deep fry for 5 mins
Let it cool down
Fry again until golden brown high flame
Keep aside
Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Saute for 2 mins
Chilli sauce 1/4 cup
Tomato ketchup 1/4 cup
Say sauce 1 tbsp
Cook for 2 mins
Add fried chicken
Saute for 2 mins high flame
Spring onion
Mix well
Sesame seeds
