One chicken breast (300gm)
1 egg
Salt to taste
Garlic 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Chilli 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Mix well
All purpose flour 1/4 cup
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Mix well
Fry until golden brown medium flame
