My name is Hammo and I stream on Twitch! I play a variety of "map games" and strategy games, but my favourite game by far is Hearts of Iron IV.
I love this game and it's complexity, strategy and historical focus, but these are also reasons people can find it hard to get into Hoi4. The endless spreadsheets, statistics, buffs and debuffs can be overwhelming without someone to show you the ropes, which is where this channel comes in!
I will be creating and posting beginners guides, tutorials, walkthroughs, tips and tricks videos, just about everything I can to get you playing and enjoying Hearts of Iron IV as much as I do!

Thanks mate - great. I am, or was?, really looking forward to NOR, but this feels like it will be too hard in a fiddly pain in the ass way, not just a challenge. Maybe the PDX plan is you use your CIVs to buy stuff from SWE ? I like the quisling stuff, and also the IKEA flat pack tanks. I wondered why in all my Allies games GER has never once attempted to take NOR, and I think part of the answer is that in the GER AI plan file GER is programmed not to attempt this unless FRA has fallen before Apr 1940, and also to never make paras. If AI GER attacked historically with paras + naval invasion that could be a challenge. Cheers MMM

I am all for having challenges I just hope they can walk the tight rope between it being hard and just making it annoying I am not the biggest fans of you just have to spend tons of PP not to suffer

At least norway got defensive terrain and a sizable country.
They would still have it much better than denmark will ever have it.
Bet defending denmark will be way way harder than norway in a historical game.
With flat terrain really small country and a derict border it won't end very well for danish players specially new to the game.
My guess is that you'll all forget about how nerfed norway is when you all try denmark.
