The missing doorway has happened to us all at some point, especially if you dont put doors on, its easy to miss. Loving the brutal series so far, its interesting to see the differences each brutal boss has compared to vanilla.
Yeah it was so painful when I realized lol... never build when you're 3 seconds from falling asleep I guess haha.
Also, yeah I really love the brutal bosses personally. I think V World is doing a server with Brutal Mechanics, and mostly standard HP/damage, which is my personal preference I think. The bosses are super fun on brutal
Is just been going for 4 episodes allredy since u put the floor's down i was soo confused at 1rst then i was thinking maybe u wanted to make it harder for yourself or make it an point of highligh in the future

Heyyyy welcome! I see you're a RL player as well? Highest I ever got was Champ 1, but man I love that game. It's obviously not a similar genre in any way, but the common trait I love between both of these games (that people who haven't played RL or other HIGHLY skill-based games a bunch may not totally understand), is that EVERYTHING you do in this game in terms of combat is skill-based. It's what drew me to the game originally.
When I realized that the primary factor keeping me from beating a boss wasn't necessarily item level (though that is a huge factor in many bosses), but rather it was my individual skill, I instantly thought "if that's the case, I wonder how fast I could progress to the end."
When you add that to PvP server experience where, in general, you're racing to the end of the game to get Soul Shards before other players... it pushes your skill in the game to crazy levels.
If you end up joining the PvP side, a fresh wipe PvP server is legit some of the most fun you'll ever have.
@@terribletimmy2 Yeee, although I've kind of moved on from RL. I played for years from release but then stopped, just got bored of it I guess. I still go back to it now and then but only sporadically. Nowadays I mostly play league which I think is partly why I've become so obsessed with v rising. The pvp feels somewhat similar, very snappy and precise and the race through progression is really cool like you said. I plan on taking like a week off work next official wipe and just no lifeing the hell out of it lol
Yeah I don't blame you with RL. I love that game, but the purchase by Epic has just been a disaster overall. When they removed player trades, I took that as my sign to only play it here and there from now on.
And yeah, there's nothing like a fresh wipe on an active server. it's so good to get that "3 2 1 GO" moment with 40+ other players.

May be a question you've answered already, but whats the music you use for your intro and outro? Love em both so much and its so relaxing, 100% my style of music ^_^
Both songs are by Serge Pavkin. He does Royalty Free music that is just awesome for stuff like this. Opener is "Reflected Light" and Outro is "Path in the Fog"

Solo is most fun for me but I like adding stuff that makes it go quick with the settings . I just try different weapon combos on brutal and it makes it hard as hell haha , love the content though
Wanted to say thanks for your videos. I started playing about a week ago. I'm watching Dregs and going to the next one as I complete each section. Has been pretty helpful. Tristan took me like a dozen tries today but I finally killed the buggard.

small tip is that you can craft the forest cape from your inventory
haha yeah I end up doing it. I think because I essentially walked up and yoinked the Wanderer, my brain hadn't caught up to the fact that I had the recipe lol

bit of a random thought but do you know if the machines in gloomrot have a particular weakness? the one with the double machine gun kicks my ass all over the place.
I'd need to check. Some enemies and things do have "resistance" to certain things. Golems/rock elementals barely take any damage from spells for example.
I doubt there's an elemental type weakness though

You have to get some servants to farm you sulfur and other misc. items. Makes soloing a lot easier.
