I’m sorry you have to go through this; it usually comes with owning properties. We spent almost $1,000 too recently to fix leaking oil and it’s not even funny because it affected our Christmas gifting. It’s well. Why not consider buying on lease when ready? As a Social worker I was given a quote in my LA for £290 monthly, it covers insurance, road tax, MOT etc and it’s election less than £10 to charge per week and if anything spoils they take care of it for you.

Yes we do. Can’t remember the daily cost but we pay £575 a month for 2 full days.
