Gave me a good laugh. Mine says Sony V-3000 on it with a pretty legit looking Sony logo. Figured I'd look it up before it goes in the trash, and after googling, its destination hasn't changed.
Just found one of these on a UK auction house I think lol labelled as a Sony V3000. apparently there's etsy version of this Mitake thing trying to go off as a sony lol
it was pure bait for the people who tought it was a video camera with and audio cassete format instead of the VHS-C or the Digital 8 or 8mm, that's it. but the camera quality is enough good like an average kodak 35mm automatic camera, kind of weird "A walkman with a built-in camera? or a camera with a built-in walkman?"
Old skool is Kool. The newer one would be a waste of money.Cheesy view finder was a hell no.Cassette tape is not a camcorder at all, it's a walk man slash Poloroid instant picture development. This newer camera is like Kentucky fri chicken meets A&W hamburgers.
Yea, but the Mitake is so advanced! It's got those cool optical viewfinders. Who needs an LCD screen when you can eyeball the action yourself! And can the Sony play audio cassettes? I say not! And the film camera. Come on, video is so overrated! It's better to snap a still picture and take the roll of film down to Walgreen's to develop it only to discover the picture is all blurry. The Mitake is so advanced it makes me want to barf.
I like them both! Never seen a cassette camera combination like that before!
I guess you could say the Mitake was a "Mistake"
This is unfortunately true.
A 35mm camera with a built in Walkman? Sold!
The Mitake V2002 is actually a film camera and audio cassette player.
It is?
@@diogodias54 Yep. The Mitake V2002 is a counterfeit fake cassette player and film camera.

What’s the song at 4:42?
I dunno. The Mitake is gold. So it's got that going for it, which is nice.
Gold is in fact an excellent color.

It’s a good thing you are ahead of the curve!
@@databits It's a great thing google actually showed this video when I searched sony v3000 thankfully
7:32 😂 。 I think it needs to charge the capacitor before it can make a flash
What is the price of Golden one?
$699.99
I found it at my grandfather's basement I thought it was real until I found this video what a waste of time! mine says panoramic 😂

David Perkins hello
My fake one actually says SONY and it has a price sticker on it for $589.00 😳
Is the mitake a real camera?
Jasey Studios it's a 35mm film camera. It can only take photos and no videos
They did attempt a black and white video recorder back in the late 1980's. It was an absolute failure.
Jasey Studios nope. It's a fake
It's...a Mistake!

Great video! :) Thanks
Glad you liked it!
I love this channel.
I love my fans!
What about the PX-2000
Do you mean the The PXL-2000 (also known as Fisher-Price PXL2000) that recorded video on cassette tapes? What about it?
yes
Mitake? More like Mistake!
Sony all the way on this one.
+Fiber Silkington - absolutely!
databits You actually replied! :D
VWestlife made a video on something just like this one... lol
MITSUBA
wow
I really like the fake one 🙂
Gold one is Not even as as good as the Fisher Price PXL 2000 at least that one would record crummy black and white and audio to a tape!
Now, we want a teardown of the mitake piece of shit to see how crappy it is inside !
I just might do that! Thanks for the suggestion!!!
Mitake is a ripoff of a failed Sony prototype!
I also got Same. Someone befool me also 13 years before. Lol
I also like the Sony better, but still... you can't get it to play an audio cassette, can you? :-p

Thank you for your observations, Mark. I completely agree. I wonder if Walgreens even sells 35mm film anymore? Hmmm...
I think they are pulling film processing from their stores slowly this year. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
The real brand name is Mitsuba
The other 1 is fake!
ebay sells that fake shit!
