Pieces of April in Port Orford, South Oregon Coast, a Short Walking Tour

there is a trail system map available at the library. PO is extensive for a small fishing community. it has a grocery store and a food co-op and a couple of restaurants may be open on an off season visit. if walking is planned, layer and delayer as necessary. its a good workout climbing coast guard hill to very dramatic sea cliffs. there is also an extensive lagoon. that exposed sea mount i(in the background in the first 10 minutes) is Humbug mountain, which is also an oregon state park.
