THANK YOU! I'm a 4th/5th Grade teacher from Eugene, and our school is taking a field trip to Heceta Head Lighthouse next week with over 80 students. Your movie not only captures the beauty of our iconic scenic coastline, but it provides a complete history of Oregon's lighthouses. I plan to share the video with my class, as a pre-teaching tool, before the field trip. Thanks again for making it available for free on UA-cam! LOVED the GHOST STORIES.

Eversince the 1990s to mid 2000s when my family and I would visit Oregon, we would go up to Ecola park and I was always fascinated with Terrible Tilly, one year around 2004 or 2005 we gave my dad a telescope for his birthday and one if the first things we looked up at with it was Tilly herself she was hauntingly beautiful.

Funny how Meares was located on that short cape due to a mapmakers error that had it labeled as the much longer Cape Lookout. It should have been built on Lookout and am surprised one was never erected there!
