  • @sheusedu1210
    @sheusedu1210 Рік тому +170

    Second case: What an immature, rude, and quite frankly despicable grandmother. She’s willfully losing out on a chance to be part of her granddaughter‘s life and take care of her son’s child just because she doesn’t like the A’Miracle’s mother. Unless she grows up she’s going to lose her son all over again through his daughter. And I hate to say it, but until she grows up it might be for the best because that innocent little girl doesn’t deserve to be subjected to such toxic behavior.
    As for the brother, I truly hope that he’s serious about loving A’Miracle and wanting to be a part of her life. He is probably the closest thing she will ever have to her biological father. What a sad situation.

To let her hatred for that young mother overpower the love she claims she had for her deceased son so much so as to disrespect her dead son's infant daughter is disgusting behavior. She spent the entire episode centering her anger towards the mom over the needs of the child, & they were in a controlled setting. Who's to say that she wouldn't let her anger at the mom overpower her in an uncontrolled setting (i.e. at home) as well? The mom should actually be glad that witch doesn't want to be in the kid's life. I wouldn't trust someone that hateful with my kid anyway.

    1st case - momma's boy is in the streets getting shot and thinks he can be a man and a father? Why is his momma in court fighting his battles? He needs to step up on his own because that's how adults and men should behave. He absolutely needs to clean up his act and stop acting in ways that he keeps getting shot. That is no legacy to leave to a child.
    Ironically his mom is crying about losing him. Tell him to stop messing around in the streets so he can live to see his children grow up.

    I see why she was moving like that I wouldn't want to deal with him or his moma neither. They not gone respect her as the mother at all. His mother done already spoke a 3rd shooting into existence which let's everyone know her son has no plans in doing better whether he's a father or not. They way too aggressive and living a life of crime worri3d about whether his gang banging sdd gone leave a legacy behind. She'd be better off being with the man who been stepping up and keeping peace in the home.

He's kept himself out of the hatred between his mother and the plaintiff, despite the deep grief of losing his brother.

    People need to learn what "grandparents rights" are. Grandparents rights do not give you rights to the child indefinitely. Grandparents rights are not in every state either. Grandparents rights only give s a grandparent visitation if the judge believes that visitation is detrimental to the child. Given the way the grandmother is I doubt any judge would give her visitation.

    • @perthgirlwa2407
      @perthgirlwa2407 7 місяців тому

      You might want to read your own comment or google the definition of detrimental.
      The judge only gives grandparents visitation rights if it's detrimental to the child ? Really ?
      Isn't it the opposite ?

    • @shadowkissed2370
      @shadowkissed2370 7 місяців тому

      @@perthgirlwa2407 Thank you for pointing that out. You're correct-I missed a word in my previous comment. The phrase should have been 'the lack of visitation is detrimental to the child.' My mistake for composing that on my phone.
      However, I've also learned more about this topic since my initial comment six months ago. It appears that grandparents' rights vary significantly from state to state. In some states, these rights come into play primarily when the parents are deceased, and the child has been placed in the care of someone else, like a non-biological parent who has not legally adopted the child. In such cases, if the biological parent has passed away and custody has been granted to another individual, like through a will, grandparents might then seek visitation or custody rights.

    1st case: Some women as parent(s) will faster defend their son(s) than their daughter(s). If the child is his or not, it is not a good look for a grown man to be dependent on his mother at that age to represent him in court.
