underrated video. as someone who can do either type of splits without a warm up I thought that it won't be helpful but you managed to prove me wrong. im gonna come back here many many times 🙏🙏🙏

How many years do I have to do this until I have full amplitude?
Worked for me. Any tips on getting to that 90/90 position in the first place? I start so stiff I can't stay upright.
You can place your hands further behind you to decrease the load. Your torso would be leaning back a bit as opposed to upright. That will decrease the flexibility demands and make it more accessible to build your range from there. I hope that helps.
