Hello , I need your help and advise, have created my youtube channel as an online radio station ,but how can I win more subscriptions, and what could you advice
Understanding how to grow on UA-cam is not an easy thing. Most new Yourubers will fail. My first bit if advice is to subscribe to Nate Black .His info is top notch then check out his old work on channel makers I think they were called. Vid I Q channel is also not bad. But prepared to work hard. UA-cam is not easy by any stretch.
Also you have to think of your channel as a radio station as well as a YT channel so promote as much as you can on social media. And make sure you get a website domain that matches your radio station name. That will come in handy later when you sell merchandise to support your station.
