Thanks! Well there is a reason behind that which I'm going to talk about soon. Do you like this format? I have a few more headphones up for review but also a few microphone comparisons :) . Thanks for watching!
interesting review, so they’re not colored at all and truly show you what the track is outputting? i feel like most headphones are colored and show the track in their own way, how is the 490 in this and compared to them? which one is warmer? better imagining? favorite for watching content? more musical?🧐 what emotions do they give off😫
@uhMaxx well all headphones are colored. Some sound good but in a way that everything Blends together and the music can sound a bit distant. The MR-1 sound upclose and is very detailed in the midrange. The HD490 feels more expensive, sound more spacious but are a open back design so quite different. If you're after something for pure listening experience I would go with the HD490
@ interesting, so you‘re saying the Sony is rather sterile and clean rather than musical? the tuning actually looks fun expect the 200hz cut that might render some sounds thin
@uhMaxx yes they're not musical in that sense. If you pair them with the HD25 which are very pronounced around 100-300hz it's quite easy to make a judgment throughout the Spectrum.
I tried these and found the trusty 7506 better for me. The midrange is more direct on those and unforgiving in a good way. The M1 were good but too dull sounding for my liking and cheap feeling for the price.
@@aaronthomas7790 Ok! I don't feel that the M1's are dull but I generally like darker headphones and I feel that they have a mid-emphasis that is very beneficial for mixing. I do agree that they could have done a better job giving them a premium feel at this price point. Non the less, it's always best to demo headphones yourself since it's so personal 👍
Nice to have you back making more regular videos

@@Christian_svedin Yes it is great. I always enjoy when you sing in the videos so please more singing
I would love to see a comparison between the Sennheiser HD490 PRO and the Neumann NDH 30
Good idea, I hope that I will be able to demo the NDH 30 soon.

@ thanks man
This one or the Fiio Ft1 ? Really can't decide...
@@TheJoaovicente I haven't tried out the FiiO, sorry!

@ definitely and it depends what you're used to. The 7506 are brighter and I'm sure I'm just used to those like the NS10 of headphones 🙂.
