Got my kit installed, all you need is in there. The craftsmanship of the parts is excellent, and the intercooler is noticeably larger than stock. My airbox and head intake air temps are now within 2-3 degrees celsius from each other vs being around 10 degrees different with the stock intercooler.
I will tedt it in the dyno in the next weeks to see the gains.

do you leave the front fins in the vehicle when installing the intercooler ?
Yes the front fins can remain. Only the rear shroud is removed.
Does this work on US models?

Hey Adam, this is specific to Ranger Raptor. However, we're in the early productions stages of a kit to suit the standard petrol and diesel models. We're hoping to have these released early 2024.

Hey there. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for Ford's warranty policies so we are unable to give you a guaranteed response. You would need to contact Ford directly.
Alternatively, CTB Performance here in NZ offer this intercooler kit with their R package which retains your vehicles factory warranty.
Applicable for diesel raptor 2.0?
@GabrielRN28 this kit will not suit the 2.0 diesel Raptor sadly. However, this kit is in the works!

@fenixcooling hey there. Just purchased your kit. I have one concern however. I read online that sitting in traffic or slow driving might cause IATs to be higher using the fenix piping compared to the stock silicone/abs ones. From your experience is this true? Should I wrap the fenix pipes with reflective heat shield wrap or no need?
