Wow man , Awesome set of Volk / Ray's wheels set it of completely , ... Amazing choice / and the quality of the choice is almost unheard of in Aussie / Nz for a vehicle like this !!!! Major thumbs up man / to the owner , .......
People think this isn't anything special but in 2016 they tested a 6.2L Holden SSV redline and it's best 1/4 time was 13.46s and it's 600kg lighter just shows how far cars have come in 6years

I never understood why Ford didn't just put the Coyote motor in these things. They would have been pretty epic with a 5.0 or the new 7.3 Godzilla

Good to see people innovating Is it worth pushing the V6 who knows... after costs and modifications I'd probably just do a engine swap with something more torquier down low for its weight.
Engine swap in a modern car is a nightmare verging on not possible though
Can't help thinking that motor would probably make a Capri run low 9s.
I noticed on Amercan Ranger Raptor media, they quoted their version will make 308 kw.
they are just measuring it differently
I wonder if the tyres on their own make most of the difference?

Im gobsmacked that its quicker then my supercharged Y62 that makes 400 at the tyre on 35s. Thats sick. at least ford upgraded the interior to go with the times unlike nissan. Looks like im selling my Patrol

I driven my bosses stock raptor it’s pretty quick for a big car but that exhaust note is hideous 🤮

When is someone goin to make a decent exhaust for these things they sound terrible and it sucks cause they seem ok apart from that

Too many people are wrapped up in exhaust noise. Get a V8 and be done with it.

I have a JB4 on my KIA Forte GT. It's run traction limited 13.7@102 (2.07 60 ft) E30 that's it besides spinning the drag radials

@@eddy0803 He doesn't care. There are flashes available but for the most part they aren't better. It's easily removed for warranty and emissions concerns. On WMI also controlled by the JB4, it has run 13.77@103.4; the location of the nozzle isn't optimal either. Other things have cropped up so it hasn't run quicker but it can and will run quicker in the future. It's been installed Sept 2020 when I bought the Forte GT and still working 105,000 miles later.

A rip off raptor isn't made to run a drag strip .
Stupid comment, nothing is built from the factory specifically for the strip but the Demon yet the majority of them are run on surface streets and illegal street racing.

I'm no scientist but a weight of 5290pounds and engine power of around 520hp. Puts it almost spot on the money actually more like 540hp to do 108mph. Engine hp. 475ish hubs through the 10speed I'd say 520-30 engine powers.
