Hi ! I let her sit on them as long as she is interested in it. She eventually, like around 3-4 weeks later, gets off them herself to come find me. After a few days of this I just take them away cause I can tell she's already ready to lay a couple more.
I hate to be rude but you really should have some toys for your pigeon, the cage looks very boring and he/she has no ladders no bridges that’s all I suggest and maybe not having a light in the cage.
Hi, not rude at all! I know some pigeons enjoy toys. Mine doesn't. She prefers to forage for nesting material all over the house. Her door is almost always off so she is not stuck in there being bored. She just likes sitting on eggs mostly. The light is full spectrum and helps her see more like if she was outside. Always recommended by the pigeon experts.
Thanks for sharing this! Why do you not want to have your pigeon's feet on a wire bottom?
what size dog crate would you suggest for 2 pigeons
you daughter she so cute
Do you let her sit on the eggs even though they cannot hatch? Or when do you take them out?
