No, he's not, it's indeed a Seiko meca quartz VH31... which, by the way, has no GMT nor date function. And you should have the basic courtesy of posting in English. Vamos, que te has cubierto de "gloria", chavalote :D
the case finish is actually bead blasted and not brushed. I kinda wish it was brushed cause it looks more premium.
