If the NES through N64 DID have startups, here's what they would be:
NES: The Famicom Disk System Startup. As well, "PLEADE SET DISK CARD" is replaced with "ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM"
SNES: The original, but halfway through, the screen flashes white, the SMW Dragon Coin sound effect plays, it becomes 16 bit, and the word "SUPER" appears.
N64: Similar to the fake one you have.

About the N64DD, It's available in English, but its very rare. Search "Metal Jesus Rocks" on UA-cam. He was lucky to find one. His friend also found a rare DD as well. A developers kit. Self-booting, the kit needs no extra parts. It can also read BLUE disks which may hold content from creation of the DD. But some are totally empty.(Blue disks are random.) The blue disks cannot be ran on a standard consumer's DD, due to the internal disks shape. It will not spin in a normal drive. You can tell a DD type from one another by the front interface panel. Here are the two types. Grey interface/disk - Standard. Blue interface/disk - Developer's Kit. Please familiarize yourself to this key as to not misgender the systems. The developers kit should play grey disks as well, but idk about that.
