@@rovingmindinc2718 thanks a bunch. They really are great. I'll take the on foot thought under advisement. I'll have videos on the other pairs coming and maybe I'll do that with my other pair.
I just ordered the version without the cap toe. I asked for no logo but I should have asked if they could do them in burgundy, since they have the leather but the model isn't listed in that color. Oh well, I look forward to trying them.
@@averyj.steele1074 if you just ordered you may want to reach out on Whatsapp... They're honest...they might be able to change it for you if they haven't started yet.
@@averyj.steele1074 They really are nice and good people from what I've spoken with them. Good values...and the boots are a great value. What more can you ask for.
@@aio4383 I don't personally know as I didn't get that and it isn't standard, however, I don't see why not. I'd reach out on Whatsapp and talk to the owner and ask. I would venture to guess they wouldn't mind doing it. I don't speak for them in any way however....so not for me to say
@@josemanuel2244 in hand they are heavy. But on foot, they're really well balanced. They don't feel like you're wearing bricks around like some boots do. I've worn them for 6 hours (longest) and a few times for about 4.5 and they were fine. I was even running around a park chasing my toddler, and I never had that "oh man can't wait to get these off" feeling.
what is better in quality, these or the rock can roll? also, I am an 11EE on the brannock, and a 10.5EE in an Iron Ranger. would you be able to make a size recommendation?
@@jonathanmarquise422 I don't have any iron rangers oddly enough. I'd think going 11 you'd be in good shape. I wouldn't go down. These are better than the rock can roll. They are good, but the iron wolf are a step above. I'm very pleased with them. They are naturally an E probably. So if you're tight with EE you may want to talk to them about possible wide width scenario. I'd say they are probably an E... maybe even somewhere between E and EE. So if you're more shying to the 1-2 E vs 2-3E I'd think you'd be fine. I like a pretty wide Boot and they absolutely fit the bill. Size recommendation I'm probably better with say Thursday or Allen Edmunds as a base to recommend off of. (Having not owned iron rangers). You'll like the iron wolf. Very solid, very comfortable.
@@argosb1543 thanks for the reply. I always enjoy reviews of some of the lesser known brands. I went the pacific northwest route for a while, but I can only afford so many pairs of $700 boots. haha.
Aesthetically these do not look like true capped toe boots. The vamp looks to be cut and skived for a more sleek, dressy look. Like the Thursday Captains.
Great video and lovely boots! It would be great to see them on foot at some point if possible. Keep up the great work!

I don't like and will never buy boots that has a pointed type narrow tow area , screams dress shoe, the bottom looks better than the boot.
@@Angel-AbC9 I mean it is a style preference.
These are less so than say Thursday.
They make the axeman boot that is more traditional rounded toe box.
This boot gives off trying too hard vibes.
@@kevinbarrett9615 probably the wax and laces. With the leather laces they are far more subdued.
Either way great quality and amazing value.
