That part of mine is still good. But I would swap mufflers if I could find a quite one. With the doors and windows off. Its louder then I like. But this winter when I put the hard top on. It would not be an issue.

Yeah, mine isn't quiet. I am looking to put a resonator in front of the muffler. Hope that helps. It has a raspy sound that I am not fond of at certain rpm's.

Looks and sounds great, Steve! Great vid, as usual. That's the same muffler I put into TDSR. Tickled pink that TDRS and JJ sound pretty similar compared to how things sounded down here 9 months ago...

Haha, thanks Ed! Yeah, you have TDSR coming right along. Without the cat, mine is a little too loud for my liking. Thinking about putting a resonator in front of the muffler. Making another video today and found a bad ball joint! JJ just keeps on giving!

Hey Steve! I sure would like to have one of those cup holders for my TJ! I just did a very similar exhaust system redo last month. I was happy to see that you did yours almost identical to mine. I know for sure I did it right now! There were a couple of things I did slightly different. The previous owner had punched out the cat and did who knows what with the oxygen sensor, so I completely deleted it. I went to a muffler shop and had the cut me a 4' pipe and flare one end, instead of welding pieces together. He charged me $35. I used this muffler www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00029J3BG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and am very happy with the sound of it. Bold but not too loud. The exhaust pipe from the muffler back was still very solid, so I cleaned it up and painted it with black heat paint. All in for less than $100!
