I’ve been loving this videos so much. I’m also pregnant for the first time, and I’m a few weeks behind you. It’s nice to see someone else going through so many of the same things at the same time!
23 weeks pregnant today! Thank you for the awesome what I eat in a day video! I find watching these types of videos inspiring and help me get back on track!! 💕
Always love your content. I just found out I am pregnant with me second. About 8 weeks at the moment and the morning all day sickness is intense but I’m looking forward to trying your recipes when the morning sickness goes. Can’t wait!
I love how your'e just going on feeding up your baby - it's refreshing to watch. Love your vids alot. The transition from eating for one to two is serene...thanks..:-)
So many great choices to nurture you and baby! I love that the healthy options are balanced with appropriate portions of craving foods! I am 32 weeks and definitely relate to the evening snacking. My go to is often a bowl of cereal as well! Like yourself I have tried to add more protein choices like dairy and nuts. I had a huge aversion to eating meat in the beginning and have struggled to catch up since then.
I appreciated this video! I'm 21 weeks 4 days pregnant with my first and getting enough protein is my biggest struggle. Love the egg in oatmeal trick ;) Thanks mama! Been following you for a few years, so it has been fun to be pregnant with you
I agree - it's been tricky at times for me to get enough as well! Especially on days when I feel like a bottomless pit, sometimes it's hard to keep up with the higher fuel needs 😅 I hope the egg white trick works for you!
I was excited for this video! Eating has been a chore during my pregnancy (35 weeks) All these recipes look tasty! I’m always hungry but always get heartburn and the sleepies after eating. So my relationship with food has been a struggle. Have you had any luck with your heartburn? I’m also thrilled I’m not the only one who dislikes their multivitamin! I hate that time of the day haha. Sending all the good vibes to you and your lil one :))
Sorry you're dealing with all the heartburn! I had quite a few bouts of it in the first trimester. I actually found that a glass of almond milk helped a lot as many brands add calcium carbonate to it, so it helped neutralize the acidity. I haven't had acid reflux in a while though! I hope it calms down for you 💖
It's been around 14 years since my last pregnancy, but I definitely remember the struggle of taking my vitamins. During all four of my pregnancies I was sick the entire time. I'm glad to hear that you are feeling much better now that you are in your second trimester. Loving the videos as always ☺️
I thought I was the only pregnant woman who couldn't swallow my vitamins, 😂it's a real struggle in fact. It is my second trimester by the way. So glad to know that everything is going great for you♥️
Congrats to you on getting to the 2nd trimester in your pregnancy and hope everything is going well for you during your pregnancy and hope your unborn baby is healthy and growing and my thoughts and prayers are with you for a safe and healthy pregnancy and God bless you all and stay safe and healthy. Love ❤️ you guys so much ❤️ 💘
@@meghanlivingstone you are so welcome and thank you so much for your reply and God bless you all and stay safe and healthy. Love ❤️ you guys so much ❤️ 💘
It’s so nice to see you’re feeling better this trimester 🥰 I can’t stop smiling as I watch you eating for two, now. I’m so interested in whether you’ll try breast feeding and whether you’ll make your own baby food. It would be good to hear your thoughts on that and when will you be setting up the baby’s room? What kind of decor? Have you been thinking about names?
Hello Meghan, I love your videos so much. Thank you so much for sharing all your recipes. I am 36 weeks in my first pregnancy and have felt eating more protein definitely helps me as well. I have been trying your date ball snack recipe because I heard those are good for 3rd trimester. Thank you so much 💗 :) 😀
I love watching these videos! I am 16 weeks right now. The struggle with swallowing my prenatals is real and I can relate to that so much! Also, thank you for the meal/snack ideas! 😊
The aversion to pills during pregnancy was definitely surprising! I was never *great* at taking them before, but it got way worse haha. Thankfully the prenatals I'm taking now are much easier than the other brand I used which had a much stronger (and grosser) vitamin-smell.
During my pregnancy I’ve increased my water intake to 32oz a day. Especially as the weather is hot. My go to beverage is water & lemon. Good to know I’m not the only one who’s hungry at night.
I'm pregnant too! 15 weeks tomorrow, but unfortunately still in the thick of food aversions and nausea. Hopefully I'll be able to try some of these things soon, as normally I would think they all sound delicious. You look beautiful, Mama! 🥰
I so related to all this being just a few weeks ahead of you here (30 today), all the snacking, the protein, all of it 😂 never knew that hunger pains could be a real thing but had a rude awakening for that and so now I just expect to eat dinner earlier than I used to sometimes and always, always, always packing a protein bar in my purse - I love go macro bars.
Heyy girl !! Your so motivating 💗💗 Currently it's my 1 trimester, second month, and during this time I fell so much hungry and am like snacking all the time, food is love and life!
Do you have an exercise routine for this pregnancy...even if it's a stretching routing for morning or evening before bed...or any time of the day for that matter?
I’m curious about the vitamin. Was it hard to take because it tastes bad? Or is swallowing pills harder when pregnant? I just found out I’m pregnant and I’ve been taking prenatal capsules for a while but they don’t taste like anything. Just curious if anyone knows!
I am not pregnant but love to watch your day in a life. When I take pills I put a mouth full of liquid, then place my pill to float, then I will take more of the liquid in the glass to wash the pill down the throat. Maybe this might help.
Oh boy, this makes me nervous for pregnancy. I'm already so prone to hunger pangs and immediate need to eat every single day to the point where I get very nauseous and unwell within a very short time frame if I dont eat. I usually eat more than this in my day to day (not being pregnant), and meat protein seems to be the only thing that actually fills me properly. As silly as it sounds the food situation is what I am most nervous about in pregnancy.
Hi Meghan. So happy for you about your pregnancy. Just wanted to help.....I hope you are washing all your fruit. Looked like you didn’t for your strawberries. Just being caring. ❤️
I think it would be so much easier to swallow your pill if you put some liquid in your mouth with the pill. You are basically swallowing it dry. Good luck. Thx for the great video. 😊
That's exactly what I do! I take a swig of liquid (orange juice in this case) then pop the pill in my mouth and swallow it all together. 😄 I could never take a pill dry!
Always found it so funny that North Americans say they’ll ‘do’ an ingredient rather than ‘use’ it 🥲 i.e ‘I’ll do some oat milk rather than I’ll use some oat milk It seems to be common on recipe videos from the US & Canada!

What kind of bread do you use for the avocado toast? I struggle so much with finding a good one.
Me too, especially since I have IBS and get bloated after eating gluten 😢

I'm curious where you got your shirt from! I love it!
I love this! Congrats on your pregnancy! I love your channel so far. New sub here 🥰

I am five weeks and two days. Thanks for this video, I too have been obsessed with avocados.
Can you please do a video on tips for acid reflux
Congratulations to you Meghan
LOVE you Meghan! Your are just ADORABLE w/ your baby girl!

Hey Karen, thank you! I do this method too sometimes and it definitely helps. I always put liquid in my mouth first for sure!
Hi Meghan I would love a video on how to eat 18mg of iron daily with foods. Women struggle with consuming this amount daily this would be so helpful!
