I had 3 unmedicated home births and would like to encourage you to go into labor confident that you are strong enough ❤ Labor is intense (and painful) but having the right frame of mind going into labor can really make or break how you handle it. Bridgett Taylor’s videos are amazing and really helped prepare me mentally going into my 3rd birth. You’ll do great! ❤
My mother once told me that giving birth and having a child is the kind of pain that you wouldn’t mind going through again and again and again because it’s so so worth it. And having CS, a preemie baby and all that I would say it is worth it. I’m excited for you to feel that one of a kind love. ❤️
Thanks for answering my questions (maternity clothing, skincare, and makeup) Meghan! I'm 12 weeks pregnant and I'm glad we're going through this journey at around the same time! I've been a viewer for a couple years now. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy and with motherhood! 💕
Congratulations on your pregnancy, Meghan! Thank you for sharing your experience. I’ve been following you for years and always appreciate your down-to-earth approach and your honest, thoughtful insights. I also love your cozy, minimal style! Would you mind sharing the paint colors you used in your nursery for walls and trim? They look beautiful!
I had a medication-free delivery and it was a huge mistake. It hurts to give birth, it hurts a lot and for a long time. I took Lamaze, had support and went in with a rosy attitude that I would overcome anything, but at the end of the day, it hurts. It kinda soured the experience and caused my first thought to be thank god that is over, not yeah I have a baby! We live in modern times and there is no reason to suffer so much. Do yourself a huge favor and have the epidural on stand-by. I wish you the best of luck and the great joy that children bring.
Dear Meghan 😊 I feel you and wish you a splendid birth and arrival of this little one ❤ I am also pregnant (19th week of pregnancy) and I really enjoyed listening to this Q&A 😊 finding myself a lot in your answers
Take it easy and focus on your well-being. Capturing what’s happening should be the very last thing to do. Wishing you the very best of luck for the birth!🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀
You’ll do just fine! Birth is a natural function. That said…. Please listen to those instincts! Also remember the people around you will know what to do!💕
Pelvic girdle pain…and a better delivery…might want to look into chiropractic care. My chiropractor adjusts many pregnant women and then even the baby sometimes when only hours old. Obviously it does not look like an adult adjustment. There are many studies that show the helpfulness for a better delivery and because the baby goes through a lot during delivery, an adjustment as soon as possible helps the entire nervous system and can prevent many issues especially gastrointestinal for baby ( and colic) .
Perhaps if you want some good labour ‘advice’….watch the UA-camr ‘Farmhouse on Boone’. ( birth/ labour stories) She has many children and she does the Bradly method for her labours …might be something to look into. Also, the youtber ‘Sarah Therese’ has great positive labour vlogs and her latest (3rd one) she used the ‘comb’ and she felt it was very helpful. Another something to have in the labour ‘toolbox’.
I think you would really enjoy Sarah Therese and her pregnancy content. ua-cam.com/users/results?search_query=sarah+therese+pregnancy - she gives some amazing tips on healthy eating, preparing for birth, and exercising.

You can do it! I definitely agree with Bridget Teyler, trust your body and focus on breathing
Yes! Please try to make a video on how you prepared your body, nutritionally, for your pregnancy. 🥰 Nutrition, vitamins, and supplements please! 😊
