So delightful, relaxing and calm class. I had never practiced yin yoga before, it was nice take my mind and body to a happy place and forget the problems for a while.
It's really just exactly what I needed after day 4. Thank you so much. I started later than Jan 1, but I love each and every day with this Mindful Movement 🙏

I soo, so needed this today. I'm a little behind in the practice, so your Day 5 was today's workout for me (instead of Day 7) - I naturally tend to stress out about small things like that but I just accepted it and embraced it and it turns out that this was actually the perfect practice for today! All these thoughts in my head could be released at least for a little while and letting go of the tension even made me cry a little.. so thank you for these amazing and calming, yet challenging deep stretch exercises, Koya!
Following the movement a bit late but feels awesome 🍀 Thank you for letting people all around the world send good vibes to the universe collectively through different yoga practices 🌈🙏✌️💙💜
This was a great exercise!! Literally, I look forward to the last 15 minutes of work to set my intention to come back for another class (virtually anyway... hehe). Running for 30 minutes, then yoga for 30 minutes is my idea of a perfect hour of exercise. It's cool that the style of yoga changes, so you get a mystery flow every day! Lastly, I'm just grateful for Koya and her vibe and supreme skill to guide a class. I'm grateful for Alo Yoga, and their ability to find talented Yoga instructors. Peace out!!

Oh WOW Koya, thank you, so much. This was my first Yin yoga class. I succumbed to emotion, I felt stormed, but following with your breath helped me through. I'm not sure what happened. I am going to try to come to this often. Maybe one day I'll find the calm you exude and rise above.
I just want to thank you, Koya, for this beautiful, relaxing yin yoga class. This 30 days of Mindful movement has such different classes and today, this one, It was exactly what I needed. After doing a 30 min butt and leg workout, this was just the best stretching! I feel like I'm in heaven right now! Such a good feeling for my mind and body! Thank you so much!
Very appropriate since yesterday's sweat-fest! This left me so relaxed and refreshed, add to Koya's calming voice that helped put my thoughts back in place. I'm wearing my heart on my sleeve today, çoz it's Valentine's day! Love and light to all of you here!

Always wanted to try a yin yoga class! Was a good change of pace and forced me to be still and just breathe. My back felt so relaxed after being propped up from the blocks.
I LOVED IT! I'm taking part to this 30 days of mindful movement, and I felt in love with your energy Koya. So relaxing, slow, no rush between poses. I appreciated a lot being able to hear your breath. After a while my eyes were closed it was like you were practicing next to me. Generally speaking, what I noticed that might be suggested is that since I'm not a yoga teacher and I'm kind of new to this world, sometimes I really do not know the proper way to hold a pose. So, if possible, I would appreciate SO MUCH if teachers explained a little the asana, especially when it's not so easy. Just to prevent injuries and enhance performances. Thanks again for today's practice, sending love to you all!

I loved this! I don't do enough Vin yoga! This was a great reminder for me to do so! Tuning into the breath and really releasing through the hips was so soo nice!! It helped me release some thoughts I had been holding onto, and tap into more self forgiveness and acceptance. Thank you for this!

Thanks for this practice, you kept me accountable when I wanted to give up, holding postures can get very uncomfortable, but I kept breathing. I didn’t have a yoga block for the last one so just did something else. Feeling relaxed now after releasing so much pressure on body and mind
still one day behind. eventually I will catch up. But holy cow, after the tough day I had this was exactly what i needed. I might have needed this most. When we were releasing the tension and emotions held in our hips, I could feel it releasing..releasing so much so that I started to cry. Thank you for such a beautiful class.
