Been restocking every week, It has been a rotation between LV119 and micro fights. For the shock card It comes down to weight distribution, adjustment, and stability. This cummerbund will NOT sag when it is fully loaded, unlike velcro-attached cummerbunds. I personally run a single strap Velcro and am fine. No need for side plates etc. I personally have never need to switch between cummerbunds. But I will say tieing up a shock cord is no fun. But there is a reason for it. I have started using the fanny sack over the Sack for IFAK as it can be moved around and taken on and off easily.
