Exercise has obvious physical benefits but sometimes it is even more beneficial for your mental state. I wasn’t going to do this today because I was upset about a car issue but I just decided to get up & get it done & felt so much better! I’m still going to have to deal with the car but I feel good that I accomplished this today. I guess the moral of the story is sometimes if you don’t feel like exercising it might be the best thing to take your mind off whatever it is that’s bothering you. Thanks for all you do!

Loved the balance stabilization work! What a burn! I thank you for this because I struggle so much with leg workouts, they are kind of hum drum and boring for me. This was anything but!! Such fun, always. I turn on your workouts anytime I need to get out of my own head and I enjoy the chatter of the group!

I have never ever wanted to take that band off so much in my life before.... wow there were some really tough bits in that one but I did it and loved it....I also went back and did yesterday's leg and hip stretch afterwards all over again for good measure....yay! thank you for a terrific workout
