Isolation allows you to connect with your higher self, isolation allows you to gain clarity and hear GOD’s instruction, isolation does not bring contamination to your spirit, and most importantly isolation help you elevate in your spiritual journey ❤ I love it here

The quality of humanity as a community system, has degraded these days, and for many reasons, it's better to retreat . This is a different society, a fake and corrupted one. It has become a need to step back and seek for balance. It's become a decision to isolate out of reason in order to protect ur energy and establish healthy boundaries. Being out there at all times, honestly just makes u learn how to become a real pokerface and a hypocrite. You aren't finding people, you are really interacting with many masks and self-centered individuals. This society propels anxiety.
46 yrs old here. I used to be social and most of the time it brought drama and pain. Things are kinda crazy and I feel it is best for women to pull back and keep to themselves most of the time. People are acting like psychos lately and I just don’t wanna deal with that.
And I used to be a social worker and therapist.
Ladies protect your peace and learn to pick true authentic friends and people you can trust when your not doing the isolation thing

After being an extrovert but then got hurt by family and the world... isolating and gaining knowledge in hermit mode... It definitely taught me how to deal with the outside world while being grounded in myself yet always ready for growth... so no need for isolation unless im hyper focused on something but even then I still have to go around people so im not in a psychosis moment... alex you have an amazing point but i feel like most people instantly comment without watching your videos and flood the comments.
Edit: so now i consider myself a social introvert. I know how to be social in any situation and i love myself enough to know how to navigate life outside of myself... So i vet, read and do not give people parts of me they dont deserve or will value. Anyways ... My hermit modes are def not meant to be permanent. I found that out after a few physcosis moments and missed opportunities to grow.

Buddha was isolated in order to find enlightenment. When I’m isolated I’m at my highest frequency. If you don’t know yourself. You fall into a cult, if you are not healed within and haven’t faced your traumas and inner turmoil than isolation is something your probably running from. So you are around toxic distractions. Isolation is pure Enlightenment & Peace. 🕊️ but life is balance. Have friends. Healthy relationships. Have fun. Life is suppose to be Happy too🤍

I don’t like people that much honestly I find the majority of people these days are extremely shallow, people who are more average, have more friends. In my opinion. All the greatest thinkers lived more isolated lives, by choice.
That sounds a bit arrogant. People with depth can also have any acquaintances and some homebodies are boring and can be shallow too. Being an introvert doesn't make someone any more special, intelligent or deep than an extrovert. I'm also an introvert.

I'm with you on that I'm not much of a people person myself but I do go walking in the park by my apartment so often say good morning good afternoon whatever time and it amazes me how many people just ignore or if I take myself out for lunch you know people are too busy looking at their phone to acknowledge somebody sitting alone trying to chat so I'm taking care of myself and learn that I'm okay being alone

I totally agree with you alex that being isolated makes you an easy target but if we are surrounded by many and dont know what any one plotted any me ? Its like 24/7 i would walking on egg shells , hence i chsoe to be isolated , to avoid hurt and because i let toxic people into my life before , few people started preying on me seeing me isolated but i know they have bad intentions towards me , lying , trying to manipulate me , making up stories etc

I needed this video. I lost my best friend of years & our relationship was turning into more than a friendship. He suddenly passed away last august. We had such a connection. Then right before Christmas I lost my cat of 16 years unexpectedly. My favorite human & my animal best friend. Both gone. I also lost my mom when I was 10 to breast cancer. I’m so depressed & I’ve always struggled with anxiety.
At the same time I live in the suburbs & most of the people around here are awful. I protect my energy. All I know is something someway has to change. I’m struggling if I want to go back to school for a medical assistant though my dream job would be doing something creative like making my own jewelry. Nature is the only thing that still brings me solace.
