I love finding a small channel like this where the content is this clean. Great work, keep it up, I can tell by the comments there are many who agree.
Thanks so much! I appreciate you being here
no this is so stupid. i stoped this video on the last hand. becouse he says again what the other dude most lickley have becouse he knows the card. Dude wtf! there is zero persons on this earth that would read all these hands. if so you would be in the video instead of trying to sound smart on the internet.
That 87 vs. 72 hand was sick....
Rui cao is unbelievable
ya if Tom bet first Rui would of fold
@@billytringuyen1Rui said he would call if Tom shoved & I believe that man
Wesley flipped over ace king like it was good acting excited that he called 😂😂😂
I know I never understand this lol did he think he had aces??
He does it to scare his opponents but in reality he just lost 1.5 million 🫠
i always do this...wanna make the guy shit himself for a second before he takes my money
5:20 Doug Polk to Wesley "Good effort" haha loved that
can you imagine calling over 1 milion on river with just one pair after the guy raised preflop and on flop and on turn this is why tom dwan is a legend i dont think anyone else could have called here with exception maybe phil ivey and the best part in all of this was we didnt know what cards dwan had that entire time so it was such a intense moment watching it live
Dwan wouldn't do it if it was Phil Hellmuth, the opponent matters to.
@@arcadion448 yes he would if he can bluff phil ivey with nothing for 500k pot he can call phil hellmuth too
@@Gopstop222 this hand is about calling a bluff not making a bluff. Hellmuth is a tight cash game player and would never be bluffing like Wes.
@@arcadion448 ofc he would be bluffing like wes he has done worst in the past and have gotten caught plenty times
@@arcadion448if Phil Hellmuth had a million on the table you’d have to fold. A million would mean he’s running really hot and up a cool $985,000 there no way that cheap bum would buy in a million. He doesn’t even pay for t shirts or hats 😂
Great content brother, bravo. Seen this clip a bunch of times but i stayed for another round because the editing and story telling are well done.
Not even 6 of these pots would get Nik airball even 🤟
He’s related to the saudis or something , dude seems to have an unlimited bankroll
@@ernestoA.1999nik is king
Hilariously true
He’s actually up look it up
@@thakurv1 hahaha
I like how they are like “Tom Dwan has just won the biggest hand in the history of televised poker” in 2 of these 3 clips 😂
He's had more.. the bigger straight against Ivey also biggest hand at the time, right? :)
Great channel. Subscribed right away and thought the count said 1.12M because that would make sense. Keep it up.
great video and editing, you will get tons of subs if you keep this up. great stuff man. im subbed now :)
Thank you!!!!!
That KQ of spades hand is such a great tutorial for newer players on understanding equity. Even though Barry has AA, Tom's hand is so strong - so many ways to improve - that they're statistically a dead flip.
Poor Hank on that first hand. 🤣
love the commentary, keep it up man
Glad you enjoy it!
Checking the turn reping AA-KK actually makes a lot of sense since the 8-8 on the flop makes you way ahead/way behind, and also protect your hand from basically any bad card on the river.
But neither of the guys has an 8 in their hand almost ever in a 5-bet pot. Its completely bricked board
tom is a legend. A literal legend. All that new-wave crap doesn't even phase him. Dwan is sick. GOAT for sure
There's definitely a debate for Ivey or Hellmuth or even Negreanu, depends whether you're talking tournaments or cash games or heads up
Which program do you use for editting?
nice editing, just earn yourself a sub
thank you!
What program do you use to make such great videos? I know I can't do this stuff with Movavi lol, and I would have no idea how to do it with Davinci Resolve lol
What do you use for editing? Davinci ?
nice content! keep it up
Thanks for being here, glad you like the video!
Bluffer met the best bluffer artist 😂
Please keep producing content. This is informative and entertaining. 7 deuce... What?
More 🔥🔥
im shaking even watching this. Anxiety out the roof
subbed... nice
Tom ran so pure in the biggest pots.
Take a shot everytime they say 'biggest pot in televised history'
good video.
Got em 💯
7:23 Cao looks like a Sailor Moon cosplayer.
i like wesley's heart here. he went for it. Dwan is use to this, he plays with other chinese who are crazier than wesley at Triton lmao. Max degen.
absolutely. He spent 9 years in HK and Macao playing in private games where these Asian tycoons are all about saving face... Rui Cao for example. Durrrr said he analyzes all his mistakes and this was an easy read because it looked and smelled like one of his mistakes. I want to see what would have happened if Tom had Handz top set of Q's when Rampage fired the last bullet all in the night before.
rui cao is a beast
He’s the goat
Nik standing there amazed someone else could punt off even worse than him lol
Polk SHOULD'VE left the table after seeing what developed during the hand.
Going back to HSP, I thought you were showing his insane bluff against the same table of players with 10's I want to say?
Couldnt fold QQ here against a chinese guy allthough they are very tricky pre and postflop , Dwan realizes that his range is very AK heavy , great call at the end of the day 👍🏻 Tom one of my favourite players of all time
I wonder why didnt Doug leave the table for that first hand?!?!
high stakes poker feels like a lifetime ago. they didn't even show stack sizes. we really didn't know how to play the game.
How you rep yourself from the past in the videos will get your karma in time and this is the time that dwan catches bluff😂
I can’t believe Cao called him down with that
He hardly ever folds I swear lol guys a psychopath
I think Polks body gesture is suggesting Wesley doesn’t have a big hand
this are hands in the history of televised poker
the old announcers were OP!
I mean it’s literally a lottery win.. if you found out tomorrow you matched all the numbers, and the jackpot was $3 million, I’m pretty sure most people would be happy with that!
On a side note.. I do wonder if this hand would have played out differently, had Wesley not done all the pre flop stuff
Funny how Tom's like no run it once. Let's flip a coin for 900K. Giving it up to the poker gods.
I’m def all in
Imagine what Hank is thinking when he folded A8 in this pot. This pot would have been bigger and his net worth would instantly increase $5 mil. (Hank had $1.4m behind).
Wait surely if someone calls they saw the hand it’s a redraw?
Silly hand, and also the commentators are so extremely wrong. AK should stop attacking because Tom has a preflop read that he is up against AK and he does not fold if he is up against the entire AK, AA, KK range (16, 6, 6) meaning more often he winst than he loses. If Wesley Ho would be a professional and would only play AA, KK and AKs it would be 4, 6, 6 then folding would be more logical because 4 out of 16 times he would win and 12 times he would lose. Wesley made the amateur mistake blasing AKo which only beginners would do but I guess Wesley earned his money outside poker and it's ok to do this for some fun offcourse.
If I saw Doug doing this, I'd think he didn't want to play an advantage hand.
Knowing Doug, as this youtuber should, this is the most likely scenario. Doug's not some noob who's gonna give away info. He'd react the same regardless of what Wes had
Um... the 72 game is if you win with 72. Most of the time you'd have to bluff since its a horrible hand, but there are times when 72 is the best hand on the river... but that doesn't disqualify it from getting paid.
15" POKER HAAAAARRRRDDD
I would think that Doug is honest and not just annoying
Ha, ha, ha...Gangnam style trying to be gangster..Dwan made a good call..good job
shut up
"Ovapleh..."
The position with Doug Polk should have likely been a misdeal. There is no good way to handle it.
At 5:06 Nick looks absolutely stunned.
Everyone keeps trying to run over Tom Dwan but history shows he leans heavily towards calling down. I doubt hes folding 99-QQ
Honestly doug coulda just left the table for the duration of the hand after he folded
What.
Hes front and center on a slam dunk viral video of a historic hand and you think he should choose that fucking moment to go take a piss and get a drink??
Are you fucking mad. 🤷♀️
yah thats my first thought as well
Nah unreasonable
this hand was so stupid and dwan knew everything based on that board, lol
You know in 30 years I've seen alot of pots and tricks... I wonder if doug gave a wink saying dwan is winning.
I don’t think they were playing 7-2 mate. It was the stand up game if i’m not wrong
I dont think dwan can even beat nl5k reg now
What was your favorite moment from this video? Comment below!
I see the editing improvements, keep going my man
@@GOATEDSPORTS haha thanks man!
78o vs dwan 72o .. nice read putting dwan on 7/2 or just crazy enough to commit.
@@Babyfacenelson1981How do you put him on 72 when your holding a 7. Makes no sense, but I believe him..
When I’m realizing I don’t realize the moment 3.1 million was won.
I'll tell you what I would do. Take my money and go home. What did I drink to end up at a table like this?
Shouldnt dolk leave the table for the game since dwan can read his reaction? Sorry for this amateur qn
Is Dwan still scamming Jungleman with the never-ending heads-up match that he was losing massively?
the aces were dead before it even have a chance to connect, the best he could do was pair kings, and there's only 3 of them
9:10 Not even close to "the absolute best flop for Dwan".
QQQ would have been the absolute best flop for him, followed by KKQ.
It’s a pretty dumb move to show your cards to another player at the table with these high stakes. You really don’t know who is on teams they could be signaling to each other. Doug Polk possibly could have led to Tom Duan calling, because Doug knew his hand.
That last hand is just one of the many many examples of why Dwan was the biggest luckbox in poker ever. If he would’ve just ran average he would’ve been broke. So many hands he shouldn’t have even been playing and gets super lucky with them. He is no goat, not even close.
Is Wesley that predator guy who needs to poop from that video? Running his car into a tree and getting tackled?
Man does he look sunburned.
Wesley made a rookie mistake pocket A or K or AK wins small or loses big don’t over commit on air or a bluff unless your durr he is the luckiest most awesome next to Danial
Then he solved short deck NLH two years before anyone else and went to Macau and won a hundred million dollars off the Chinese billionaires.
How you know he won so much .. if anything it was rumoured he lost a lot
@@DavidL1986 The game was in an area of the casino that wasn't open to the public. You had to be invited to play. He was the only pro. He said nobody else knew the right way to play because it was new. He talked about it in an interview with Doug Polk. Of course he's not going to say how much he won if he doesn't want to pay taxes on it
@@sdickinson5234 but wasn’t he apparently in a debt a lot? As he kept losing?
Dwan is the best cash game player! Is he good in tournaments?
Why is Polk looking at another players hand. He affected that call. If it was a made hand, he is not reacting that way. Clearly AK.
Because humans aren't robots dork.
Same opinion
Wesley wasn't careful when looking at his hand, Polk just told him (you should always do that). It's the player's responsibility to make sure nobody sees his/her cards!
@@AnaInTh3Sky I’m never looking in that direction. Polk is also at fault. It turned out to be a disaster.
Ty i think the way Doug freezes up and has that guilt like "ah fk i think i gave it away" tilts the call
Turn bet of $350k was too big. He needs to know dwans stack and set it up so the river shove does not give Dwan 3-1 odds to call which is what he gave him.
Polk folded A8 duh
Is Tom Dwan the King of the Cash game?
Durrr is the best cash game player.
Tom call knowing Wesley couldve had Aces or Kings...
When doug polk said he saw wesleys hand..
Wesley: So you'll fold right
Doug: I haven't looked at my hand
This right here gave it away that it wasnt aces or kings
More combos of AK anyway. So if you give Wesley just AK KK and AA Dwan has to call.
That said Dwan thought it was possible Wesley could have an 8, so assumes a much wider range.
Was quite interesting what Dwan said, implied he thinks Wesley won't value jam worse than 8x, but v unlikely to be bluffing.
Also, if u watch the entire video... doug told wesley not to 3-bet the hand... but he 3-bet anyway..
why would he tell him not to 3-bet if it was actually aces or kings
dwan took all of this info and made the call perfectly putting him on AK
😎
He won 1.5mil
misleading click bait title much?
He won $1.5 million, genius. Basic math.
Airball is a bum😂
This guy is machine
Yeah but Wesslie is a true poker artist! All that matters... um, minus a few millions$ though. So...
Watch and learn Airball
Oh cools so he can pay his debts now?
Lol. Did Doug get instant Karma? He would of flopped a monster and had the biggest pot! Lol.
How? According to the graphics he had a suited Brunson. 3:28
Terrible etiquette by Doug
Flop, River, preflop non si capisce nulla ... Cioè alla fine si ..
Note to self: never ever bluff Tom Dwan, especially with a 7-figure bluff. Nice call.
Get sharked
Then realized he owes it all to other players?
You can’t win them all. Love the lineup videos.
