    Wow!!!
    I just did this and It was the most profound lesson ever. I let go of so much, and I was even making sound with my nose as if I had some blockages and trying to let them get out.
    Some of it I let out.
    But I will come back.
    I must visit you.

    Dat was weer een fijne les, alleen het op mijn hoofd staan heb ik maar tussen twee stoelen gedaan 😊
    Zo worden we in de Corona tijd steeds creatiever . Ik ben van jouw persoon en jouw manier van les geven gaan houden 🥰☺️
    Twee lessen in de ochtend en één of twee lessen in de avond .
    Ik ga mij steeds beter voelen . Krijg ruimte in mijzelf , geestelijk , lichamelijk en mentaal stabiel .dank jewel lieve vriend 🙏
    Tot morgen ochtend want dan ben ik weer klokslag aanwezig . Namaste en een liefdevolle warme groet van mij , Jade 🙏🌿🌺🌿🙏

    This practice made me emotional. I am a beginner and some of the asanas are too advanced. Is there a different level I should start at? Please can you point me to a similar in concept video of guruji?
