    It was hard for me because that’s where I have so much tightness but I definitely needed it and push through thanks 😊🙏

      Namasté Dee. Yes, many have tightness in these areas. Work with your body as it is today and over time you will feel more spaciousness.

      Hello. Be sure when doing bumblebee breathing that your jaw is relaxed and teeth aren't clenched. That would cause headaches. Om shanti.
