Been watching and subscribed for... maybe a year, or so? Something like that. I have never seen you as stoaked, and in love, as much as this recipie. The excitement is sincere. Love what you cook, and for not being one of the many bbq/grilling channels that, straight up, suck.
Made this tonight, wow. 10/10 best green salsa of my life and was a fun grocery store trip and full on cook out 10/10. Worth doing Over lump charcoal, you really can taste the Smoky profile in the salsa, but in a good way. LOTS of flavor. each layer in this quesadilla blends with one another and it all equates to probs the best quesadilla I’ve had in my life (that I’ve made for myself). It was a lengthy process but fully worth it and very satisfying to make my own salsa. I’ll be making leftovers for a while. Seriously 10/10!
I love this. Something i could totally make at home. Yet, you still amp up the flavor on each component to take a simple recipe to the next level. Awesome job, man.
Hey Chef Tom, love your guys’ content! For the tips and techniques video series can you make a video showing how you break down a whole chicken, please?
I know what I’m making this weekend! Thanks as always for sharing....birthday is Monday. Care package from All Things BBQ got here last Friday. Excited!
Alright I already know what for dinner tomorrow night Chef Tom thanx for the vids I love them and I love your personality thanx for providing us with such amazing content
Just made some of the avocado salsa verde. It was heavy on the cilantro taste, so not so much if you want it a bit on the lighter side. It was amazing! We added peppers and onions and ended up making chicken fajitas quesadillas. Pretty dang good!
I love your videos, Chef Tom! Always looking forward to them. I'd love to see how you'd do a Brazilian churrasco-style pork ribs. I think fondly on being able to eat them more frequently and want to make them at yom
I'm surprised you didn't lightly grill the avocados. Just made some quesadillas last weekend, the grill was occupied, so just did them on the stove top. Yours look much better. I'll take some tips and run with them. Thanks!
Chef Tom, if you would like to extract more juice from your limes, microwave on high for 10-15 seconds prior to juicing. Thank you for all of the videos.
Been putting the habanero salt on literally EVERYTHING lately...look over to Jacobsen's website and that along with so many other salts are sold out! When you make amazing products, they sell themselves but Chef Tom's opinion carries a lot of weight too!
There is nothing stopping you from changing it up if that's what you prefer. I do it all the time to get the taste that I'm going for. If you want more lime then zest it!

Chef Tom is just so easy to watch and listen to. Let’s be good to one another
Totally agree, his voice is instructive but calm at the same time
He makes it sound and look so easy and convincing enough that I must try to do this one.
Let's be good to one another indeed. Cheers
I really appreciate how you have evolved on screen, I love seeing your personality come through. Oh yeah and the food is great too! LOL
It’s a joy to watch you do these videos. Everything is amazing.

So I literally don't think I have ever seen so much love put into a quesadilla. Makes me feel like what I make should be called something else.
I love my Napoleon Prestige 500. Its so versatile. Great cook Chef!
Just me this this afternoon for lunch. Absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend the salsa.
So much flavor, talk about a delicious overload
I do the same thing but I grill a whole garlic bulb as well. the taste is amazing.!!!
I love how he says to use what you like, "Its just cookin'!"
Only started making these over past couple months, wish I knew about them before. Such a great meal

Those tortillas look incredible
Chicken quesadillas!! One of my family’s favorites..
Great, look very nice. Anayway big support from Serbia!!!
I always use just salt and pepper. My favorite ones thyme and rosemary infused black pepper plus garlic and paprika enhanced salt ;).
great color on the quesadilla
Love this channel.
Chef Tom, you da MAN! Just gotta do this one!
I have chicken in the fridge. Bought 2kg of avocado earlier today. This is perfect 😍
Fantastic as always
Well, it's 1:12 am and I am in bed & now craving food.
Looks amazing!! Love the videos!!
Damn that looks good, will be making it this weekend. Pleasure to watch you cook.
Love Chef Tom
Class made looks really delicious 👍👍👍
Chef Tom's love for quesadillas is coming through loud and clear in this vid
Dayum awesome job Chef Tom! Going to make this weekend
Looks great! Adding a little bacon to either the quesadilla or in the salsa would be the cherry on top!
That avocado sauce look great
Production value top notch...curious about equipment used, bts
He knows what he is doing 👍🔥
I hear the angels singing while watching this next nice Video. It is looking mouthwatering again 👍👍👍
Thanks for another great video. One question, If I make a full batch of the Salsa, how long will it keep in the fridge?
Fantastic, made it last night.
OH MAN THIS LOOKS SO GOOD
Dont think ive seen Tom react like that before, hahahas damn good video.
Great video can't wait to make this!
Looks incredible!
Chef Tom, if you would like to extract more juice from your limes, microwave on high for 10-15 seconds prior to juicing. Thank you for all of the videos.
Huge fan of Jacobsen sea salts!
That's a super mexican way to do salsa... Me likey👌
Always good recipes!
Very nice 👍 👍👍 Greatings from Germany 🇩🇪
Looks amazing!!!!
Need some precooked bacon bits.... but bet it right up there with what Applebee's served 5-10 years ago. Good stuff.
How about a Weber Kettle series!!
Tom, when are going to open your store to Ireland ? I dont mind paying the shipping on quality products, like yours ! Love your vids.
Good every time!!
A request, something a bit different: Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce. Either with rice or on a soft bread roll, can be absolutely delicious!
This is like asmr to me
Your videos are great but how come its so dark in cooking area .
Any idea how long the salsa verde would keep in the fridge for?
this guy rocks!
Been putting the habanero salt on literally EVERYTHING lately...look over to Jacobsen's website and that along with so many other salts are sold out! When you make amazing products, they sell themselves but Chef Tom's opinion carries a lot of weight too!
Dayummmm!!! Chef Tom is a master!! This looks sooo fkn good. I wish the rest of my family wasn't vegetarian :( :(
Perfect chicken 😛👌🏼
I'm curious. Why not use any other traditional charcoal grill? Is that gas rig better? Again a genuine curiosity question. Enjoyed the vid
They sell them. Napoleon grill. www.atbbq.com/grills-and-smokers.html
Amazing
Darn those look good.
Love it
What kind of bowls are those??
Oh yeah!
damn that's a hell of a salsa
Why wasn't the garlic grilled for sweetness. Missed opportunity? Or to each its own?
It would be nice to be given alternatives to use other then the most expensive equipment and ingredients
Carlos, you can freely substitute any of these ingredients, follow the technique and the finished product will be amazing! Thanks for watching!
Damn I'm hungry after that 😋
What Boss block do you use?
Excuse my ignorance but how do you use charcoal on a gas bbq ?
Napoleon grill. www.atbbq.com/grills-and-smokers.html
What brand of grill is that? Interested in buying one.
How long will the Salsa Verde last in fridge?
Chef, why not add in lime zest? I love how much lime you use, is there a reason to avoid zest as well?
There is nothing stopping you from changing it up if that's what you prefer. I do it all the time to get the taste that I'm going for. If you want more lime then zest it!
Was not meant as a criticism, just a question. These guys capitalize on flavor at every turn. Rockstars I tell you.
Hi Tom. I live in Belgium. That's not so far away 😊. Can i come over and eat all that good good? 😏
That first bite without condiments would make me not want condiments. All those great flavors holding hands. I'm making this one on friday.
Chef Britt’s reactions are rubbing off on Chef Tom - nice.
@allthingsbbq what model of Napoleon grill is that?
