Hey, I've been watching like 20 different Beatles - Yesterday tutorials, they have professional cameras with fancy background, fancy video edits but this one is the best one I've watched so far! They show how to strum for 10 freaking minutes, showing a note for 10 minute again and again and again and again... and show how Paul strummed for another 10 minute again, jump from one part to another. I've gone insane watching them! All I wanted was just a simple, direct tutorial like this and I finally found this one! Thank you, god bless you!

Hi Georgia heres a tip as you will know George did some finger picking on the bridge part so what I do is strum one pick some on each barr and it gives the tune more variety, I also slip up the capo on the key change just before the solo and use backing track for bongos and bass. I just take it a key down as cant sing it as high as you. You have a great voice man
absolutely great tutorial. the way you play sounds exactly the same as the Beatles' live performance in Germany, and also very close to the official recorded piece (net the string orchestra of course). will come back and start practicing following yours

This song is a frigging nightmare for me to play for some reason. I can't seem to get the simple strum pattern right on a consistent basis. Still thanks for sharing my man.

Very nice, but it feels just a tiny bit weird to hear this song on a jumbo with maple back and sides. Sir Paul used a slope shoulder dreadnought with mahogany back and sides. Still great though.
For those of you who want to play standard tuning, want to sing normal and have it sound lower just play a whole chord down. F-E-A7-D7-Bflat ect. instead of G- fsharp-B7-Em etc. Marty shwartz has the chords for the verse that in his video a whole chord down and you can use this video to figure out which chords you need to change for the chorus
Great video! It would have been a little better if it were in the right tuning (that threw me off but a bit) but overall it was good and I learned the song in two days.

Could be wrong here but I think Paul sometimes played the high strings as an UPward strum using just his index finger
