My biggest wish is that when Cities Skylines launches you will start with a new city and most importantly stick with that city...ideally for a very long time. With the huge map and regular DLCs, this could be a great project to completely expand a map over months (years?) and create the perfect city/map/cities.

I love how the developers have changed how to ypgrading to next level works. I think it’s so much more interactive and realistic. I also love how they have fixed the road mechanics. So beautiful and looks satisfying. They really paid attention to what was not working and the mods that counteracted the fall back.

I was about as much listening to you getting excited about the game as it was watching you playing it.
Love the pace of play, great looking school corridor towards the end of the video. Really looking forward to seeing parks and detailing.

Gameplay looks great! Glad to see realistic vehicle models and the absence of the donut vans and hot dog trucks. Housing models look very realistic too

What I think I'm liking most about CS2 so far is just how much freedom we have to play with. From the like $500k we have to start with, to the road connections we can do. It just feels more free and not as stressful as it was in CS1. In CS1 you started with like $60/75k based on the map, I think? Which felt very limited. Especially when it came to trying to design things without installing mods and what not. I'm glad with how this game build looks so far. I can't wait for it to come out and spend hundreds of hours just trying to figure out road layouts. I also love the amount of minor details have been added to the game, like the chirps! Some of them can be quite funny. :P
I couldn't stop smiling this whole video! Thank you once again Jedi, you have made me want to come back to Skylines again. I think this might be my comeback game to UA-cam. The Goose will return!

Hopefully, elevation contour lines will be added ASAP. Having natural resource maps available when the map starts (rather than having to wait until after Milestone #4 had been reached) would also be useful, if only to prevent inadvertent construction(s) applied before Milestone #4..

The roadbuilding tools in this game are genuinly amazing. It's so much more even than what I was hoping for. It's like the combined force of c:s1 with all the road buildings mods, but even better and definitely more streamlined and a lot easier to work with. Can't wait to buy this game and spend hours building infrastructure

I got a cities skylines 2 video recommended to me so I remembered your channel, went back to the main page and lo and behold this video is the first recommendation.
You put down the power plant and i was waiting on you to run some lines. Totally forgot the utilities are automatically placed with the roads now.
Love that we can remove unwanted crosswalks.
Can’t wait for this game to release!
I still wish they implemented a road construction factor I think that would be cool! Especially if maintenance is needed maybe you could pick roads to close at certain times i feel like it could be an interesting factor to ad! Like storms could have trees block roads, snow or colder weather could require salting/ plows ect.
