For some reason watching harstem defend in this series reminded me of GiantGrantGames legacy of the void challenge runs. The unit funnels were so good it honestly looked like fighting the AI at some points.

Jesus that build timing difference should tell you exactly the difference of caliber between the players in the anti-spoiler series, a 10 second difference is insane considering the game is less than 2 minutes in.
I'm just gonna say it. Tectonic Destabilizers should give you bonus damage against burrowed units. It makes too much sense not to (and I hate Lurkers from what they did to me back in Brood War but that's besides the point).
So you want to make skytoss even more anoying and unbeatable. Why do you make my life worse! Lurker is my favorite unit why do you want to nerf him. If terrans have siege tanks why cant zerg have their equivalent.

They are expensive and vulnerable to corruptor stacks flying straight in over them and spreading out a bit. Storms can't hit them now because they would also hit the carriers and interceptors etc. I think carriers are underpowered af. interceptors are expensive too.
Lambo threw that 2nd game so hard. He was about 2 minutes from winning and then lets 2 tempests turn the game around wth? On high Korean level air toss gets consistently slapped down super hard - and that's what Lambo would have needed to do, instead he let Harstem grow his air army. Tja ...

Tempest is infinitely better vs Zerg late game than Carriers. Zerg will never engage into Carriers at pro level, they will just use viper to abduct 1 carrier at a time, and because carrier has shorter range than abduct and are expensive, Zerg will find huge value. Tempest on the other hand out range most unit in the game and can bring massive value for protoss. Tempest does lose to corruptor but the key is you don’t build too many tempest, 6 is enough and you see Lambo cannot commit to more corruptor because Harstem has a big ground army.

The mothership is basically cheaper than a carrier these days if you factor in the cost of the interceptors. It's totally worth it.
Totally agree. Going full carrier Skytoss feel like a guaranteed way to lose vs high level late game zerg but a sprinkle of Tempests works so well.
@@MattMarshallUK Mass carrier without supporting units is very easy to counter, just build a mass of the unit that is cost effective against it.

PvZ is currently 5% Prtooss favored... so that's probably not going to happen unless something else was also changed.
