Big shoutout to Raihan for helping me pass the tagging process for Wizz Air UK! Just smashed my Module 1 exams at L3 Harris and got tagged, all thanks to his solid advice and support. Couldn’t have done it without him. Thanks, mate!
Thank you Raihan, i would love to talk with you one on one outside of youtube if that's possible concerning flight school, the airline pilot profession and the airlines etc. Thank you,
@@WAJEEHAZAHRA-d6y Hi, honestly speaking it’s almost impossible to finish within 70 weeks. It look me nearly 3 years to complete mine but that was because I was significantly affected by covid. I would say on average 2 years time to complete
@@raihansowdagar Thanks! I really appreciate your time and response. Yeah, I've been watching your videos since you were with L3 and yeah, I know you greatly affected on your training period by covid but you know, you are my first and biggest inspiration to research about L3 Academy and I really wanna get into it!
@@raihansowdagar I asked the question because I'm watching many pilots and students who have graduated from different famous airline academies in the UK and they literally say it took them almost 3 years to complete and not 18 months as advertised by the academies like CAE especially for their iATPL and MPL with EasyJet!
@@raihansowdagar Moreover, can you please suggest me the best from CAE and L3 Harris on the basis of time and quality? Furthermore, please tell me if the easyJet MPL programme is worth it especially for me as a female, do they really give you a job right after your graduation as advertised?
Hi Raihan, It's my dream to become a commercial airline pilot. Could you share your experience with me and most importantly, what is the cheapest way to become an airline pilot? Also, how old were you when you started training at L3 Harris? Would you recommend going to University for this job?
Hi, So it really depends on what you want to do. If you already have the money and are happy to start now, it’s probably best to do an integrated course. So an integrated course is a full-time course where it’s like school and you first do all your theoretical exams and then do the flight training. But if you don’t have the money ready, it’s probably best to do an MPL course. So this course is modular and you basically save up money and do your exams and practical flying at the rate you want to do it. This is usually for people that don’t have the money straight away or if they have another job and I’ll try to do this on the sideline. I was 19 when I started L3 Harris. It’s your choice if you want to go to university and have a back up before starting Flight School.
So if you are tagged with a specific airline type rating may be included. Which aircraft you do, the typerating depends on the airliners fleet. So, for example, if you are an EasyJet cadet, you will have your type rating on an A320. However, if you are an integrated white tail, cadet type rating is not included. But when you complete your APS MCC you will either be on A320 or B737 depending on availability
Hi Raihan I have been watching your videos very recently, you have shared very positive information regarding your ATPL training program, I would like to know how much is it’s costing you in total including the accommodation and type rating on the course? I will be very grateful if you could share your experience so that I can make a decision for my son who is interested in becoming a commercial airline pilot. Many thanks
The cost of flight training really varies between flight schools. Flight goes roughly £90k, accommodation really depends on how long you’re there and type rating will probably be another£20-£30k. It’s definitely an investment and once your son starts working, he will be able to quickly make the money back.
Thank you Raihan for replying to my comment, I wish all the best in your career . Please do post more of the subject matter then we can see how thing are going with your training.
Hey I’ve seen your old video and saw that you also applied to CAE oxford I also aspire to go to CAE for my pilot training , how competitive would you say it is ?
So I applied to both flight schools and initially thought I was going to go to CAE but then changed my mind as I thought L3 was a better fit for me. In regards to selection day there is no set number of people they are looking to recruit. It’s more about if you meet the criteria and standards
@@raihansowdagar oh i se thanks , another question in terms of like pilot specific interview questions like how does a plane generate lift ext , how can I revise for those types of qs for CAE
Employment has definitely picked up after covid. This summer has been really good. So airliners look at your average ground school score, how many passes/ failed you have for ground school and flight training and your report from your flight school. That’s pretty much it

Just a quick question: Does L3 really make you complete in 70 weeks or do they extend it up to 2.5 or 3 years like other academies?
For their Integrated ATPL
