I didn't show all the steps here, you have to select the GPS from the configuration tab in BF and in the ports tab you have to select GPS for the UART that you are using for that GPS! and after that you have to go to the Fail Safe tab and define how you want your drone to behave when it enter a fail safe situation ! I ended up not using the GPS because I don't fly so far with it, I am building a 7 inch drone and it has GPS! and there is a trick to get satellie lock faster, you have to wrap the gps wire in cupper foil and attach a black wire to that foil and connected to the ground wire together from the GPS, but make sure to wrap that coil afte intor a cloth tape or an electrical tape because it is conductive!tell me if you figure it out please

really happy that my vide helped you get back into building FPV 🥰! the heat sink is from the frame itself, there are a lot of heatsink for the o3 air unit in the market, some of them are generic and some specific a particular frame... for example the SpeedyBee Mario 5 that I will build soon on the channel has a Pro version with a very nice heatsink and it protects also the Air unit, you can check it here : bit.ly/42Bu2PD
Hello, I just finished this build. I'm at the step that I get all beeps properly. But when I disconnect the battery the vifly finder buzzer doesn't beep. Could it be that in needs to be charged somehow? Thanks.
Hi. So when you plug the battery it beeps, right? If this is the case then the unit is working, but when unplug it it doesn’t beep at all, this means that the battery is empty! It should work directly out of the box. I would fly a little bit, try at least 5 batteries and see after if something happens!

What GPS module did you use? I couldn't find it in the parts list. I think DJI fixed the short camera wire issue. Mine seems to be long enough. I cringe at the thought of having to take the air unit apart. I don't even want to remove the screws to mount it.
@bilumedia the included mounting box that you used for the older gps is 18*18*8mm and the iflight m10 is 25*25*11mm. So I would have to figure out some kind of custom way to mount it?

Unfortunately, it would save me a lot of time :)) But the stack mounting bolts are too long, so they protrude from the bottom. Seems stable, though... Was it the same case for you?

@@bilumedia thank you for checking!
It helped me alot. Atleast I know what frame and stack I will be using for my first drone build.
@@Daniel_SWE I am really happy that I could help you in some way 😊. This is why I did this channel, to connect with people and help them with what I can, because we are people and we should help each other not the other way around 💪
What GPS is that?
this is the iFlight M8Q-5883 gps!
Are you using v1 or v2 frame?
Hi, it is the V1 frame, but it is applicable to the V2 as well. I had a lot of people contacting me and the followed these steps, but for the V2 frame. Small differences is there of course 😊

Building v2 of this frame up right now with an 03air i took off a bnf quad where it was mointed in tpu.. i saw you had a metal bracket to screw it down (this would be ideal with the new heatsink)..where did that come from please. Great tutorial helped me out getting back into building after a 7 year break
really happy that my vide helped you get back into building FPV 🥰! the heat sink is from the frame itself, there are a lot of heatsink for the o3 air unit in the market, some of them are generic and some specific a particular frame... for example the SpeedyBee Mario 5 that I will build soon on the channel has a Pro version with a very nice heatsink and it protects also the Air unit, you can check it here : bit.ly/42Bu2PD
8:12 those are standoffs
Thanks 😁. Now I know, there are a lot of things that miss match like bolts and nuts . It is a mystery for me 😂
Hello, I just finished this build.
Edited response: I fixed it, I had messed up the + and - signs. It works fine now. Thanks for your help!
I like it ❤
It is fantastic drone 🥰
👏👏👏👏
Thank you ☺️
this video was very helpful thank you so much
i have couple questions this will be my first quad
i have dji rc2 but.. is elrs better? should i sell my rc2 and get a new remote for elrs?
SpeedyBee F7 V3 looks expensive... can i use cheaper stack for example SpeedyBee F405 V4?
You are very welcome :), did you build the drone or not yet? let's speak on instagram : bilu.media, we can talk easier and I can help you with all what you need 😊
Can you please tell me how you add the sound pack to your transmitter, for the talking functions?
@@dccollectoraz you mean the arming sound? What radio do you have? Radiomaster?
Great video! I have build mine after this video :) But i like to uppgrade FW to BF4.4. Can you do a video how to uppgrade FW? :) :)
Thank you, it is not hard at all! Maybe after new year i will do a short video about this 🤟
How long the cable from the camera from vtx that you swap ?
Hi, mine is 14 cm, i am not sure how you measure it, i measured it from the back of the camera to the back of the air unit, so didn’t consider the parts that are in the units! But you can ask speedybee and they will tell you which one to use…
Truly was necessary the larger coaxial wire for the 03?
Hi. Yes it is necessary, at least in version 1, maybe the v2 doesn’t need longer one!
What was total cost?
only the drone is about 600 Euros and the goggles 2 850 Euros and the remote controller can start from 50 euros up to about 500 for a good one
thanks bro for good video))
How do u like the Radiomaster TX6s? Trying to decide whether or not to buy a TX or Boxer.
@@ginupe32 depending on what you want! I have both! I have the tx16s mk2 max with the AG01 gimbals and i simply love this rc! But the boxer is better for travelling and it is very good too, actually i think the boxer with AG01 gimbals is the best in terms of value 🤘
@ thx‼️
will it be cheaper if I buy it ready for fly or if I buy it in parts and assemble it myself
It can be a little cheaper to build it, but mostly it is a must have skill to have in order to repair the drone after crashing…

Hello, i have edge tx and i am
Using elrs 👍
Is F722 stack much better than F405 stack also from Speedybee ?
It is better yeah, but you don’t need that much power in most cases, f405 is very good 👍
Is the battery strap included in the frame kit or did you buy it separately? If you bought it separately, what size is it? I bought this frame and I can not see this in the kit frame BOM list
Hello my friend. The strap comes with the frame, actually i think you get 2 straps! If you didn’t get it, please contact SpeedyBee and they will send you the straps 👍, the strap size is 250mm
@@bilumedia Thank you very much for the prompt reply. The frame kit is on its way, I just checked the materials list included in the kit and I didn't see the straps, it's good to know that they are included. Thank you so much.
Hello Bilu, I follow your channel, I am a writer. I live in Brazil, presenting a lot with your videos. I'm building a drone of this model. Please clear my doubts. What is the reference of this GPS?
Hello my friend, thank you very much 😊, what you mean by the reference of the GPS? It is the iflight m8q-5883, but i recommend to use the new m10 gps instead of this one, iflight has it and few others too!
Need to flash esc firmware?..or already..because 1 my motor not beep
It should work without flashing anything! Check your wires, maybe some wires are touching! You can send me a picture on instagram : bilu.media
Hi I Build the Drohne But the stach have Lite and the Buzer pep but Not when I Remove the Batterie
And the air Unit Not Lite up Must I have Full Charge the Batterie
Please send me a video with the problem on instagram because i don’t understand the problem : bilu.media
Is the ifligt gps m10 with the gps holder kompatibel
It should yeah
i buy the radiomaster boxer is it compatible
yes it is, but it should have the ELRS module not the 4 in 1! You can additional module after, but it is better to have the ELRS from the beginning internally !
I have it whit elts
hi one question is the radiomaster pocket with erls compatible with the drohne

@@bilumedia it’s ok brother you’re coverage is insane !!! I will be getting this quad end of month.
I just got a speedy bee f7 AIO and the dji port is inoperative and won’t pick up VTX on beta flight nor speedybee app :(
Thank you very much 😊! I just took a look at your AIO and it seems that DJI should be configured on UART 6, did you configure it like this? You can give me a picture of your ports on Instagram: bilu.media. Let's solve the issue and get you in the air 💪😀
What GPS module did you use? I couldn't find it in the parts list. I think DJI fixed the short camera wire issue. Mine seems to be long enough. I cringe at the thought of having to take the air unit apart. I don't even want to remove the screws to mount it.
I used an older gps here, but you can use the m10 gps, i used iflight m10 gps and it is very good 👍
@bilumedia the included mounting box that you used for the older gps is 18*18*8mm and the iflight m10 is 25*25*11mm. So I would have to figure out some kind of custom way to mount it?
Hi! A question: I've built the same frame with the same stack (I haven't seen your video before I've put it all together. Unfortunately, it would save me a lot of time :))
But the stack mounting bolts are too long, so they protrude from the bottom. Seems stable, though...
Was it the same case for you?
Hi. You mean the screws are too long and there is a part remaining on top? If that is the case then yes, but under the esc i put another rubber grommet, but it is small ! You can send me a picture on instagram so is see what you mean : bilu.media
how much flight time did you ger on this ?
and will 2306 1700kv increase flight time ?
also what will be the consequences of using higher milliamp battery?
also what will be the results of using lower pitch props?
plz reply
I think around 5:30 minute with the 1500 mah battery, just cruising…2306 will not make the drone fly more, just a little different
hello what akku straps du you use for the drohne
Hello, be careful, i lost one drone because of the strap! I recommend you to use any strap that has sticky pad on it and the battery bad on the drone as well, started changing all my pads because the battery got loose on one of my drones and the drone fell 🤷♂️
@@bilumedia oh ok
