This is a great video because it discusses an aspect of rap that is not often explained or mentioned. Thank you for shedding the light.
My only thing is i don't understand why you chose those 3 songs as examples to demonstrate your point about rhyme scheme phrasing.
To me, it would've helped much more to use rappers that are known for their complex rhyme schemes, such as crooked I, fabolous, papoose, kool g rap, tech n9ne, cam'ron, etc.
there's a crooked I song, which was part of his hip hop weekly series, where he did a verse over eazy e real muthafuckin gz, and he used a 4 syllable rhyme scheme for 36 bars straight WITH inner rhyming included.

So realistically aslong as you rhyming with lines its all g ,,, if it sounds good its music theres really no limits or barriers

freestyling and spitting bars is just to fucking complicated
charlie bucket freestyling helps your flow and writing helps with your rhymes just practice you'll get there.
The best way to approach it is to not "try". You gotta feel your flow and know how to ride the beat. Flow usually comes BEFORE the lyricism. Once you got your own feel down, inserting words becomes easier.

The way I'm understanding is learn what a measure of a bar is in a beat. Count out 16 bars of the beat....your going to fit your rhymes inside these bars and flow to the beat to make up you're verse.
I fuck wit your videos, i could do without your bantering though. a more to-the-point approach would help.
this is the stuff i pay attention to when i write. i hate making rhyme schemes repetitive.
