- Life is tough, but so am I. The past 3 months have been among the most challenging times of my life and now that things are looking up again, it’s time to sit down, recap what I’ve gone through and reflect on all the good stuff I take away from this “adventurous” summer. Enjoy my ramble!

My name is Elena, and in 2023 I’m going ALL IN on tennis! And yess, I’m dreaming big: I want to get my first WTA point! Oh and you bet, I’m taking you with me! I truly think things always happen for a reason. I mean, isn’t it obvious that me hurting my pinky was the universe telling me “Hey you, there’s something more important going on: stop playing and go take care of that!”?! Mind-blowing the way the universe talks to us! 🤯
That's very true.
And if I may share my motto that helps me during every tough moment is "It's okay, It could be worse" ☀ 🌟
Putting tennis aside for some months is really hard but it isn't the end of the world, on the other hand, if something were to happen to your grandma and you weren't there you would've regretted it for the rest of your life, so it was definitely the right choice, Elena!
Yess, exactly! It would have been too big of a regret to live with! Plus, I have my whole life to play tennis!!

i'm on a similar journey myself, just started playing C tournaments this year and the long term goal is to try to play an ITF futures tournament in a year or two and see if i'm actually close to the required level or i'm waaay off. Subbed and can't wait to see the upcoming videos, good luck on your journey 💪 Also you set a very good example of "family comes first" and i'm glad all is well with grandma at home 😊
