- I finally played my first indoor Finnish Championships!!! And even did pretty decent! But hey, enough spoilers… just come with me and see how far I got!!

Great video. Keep them coming, as someone who is also coming back to tennis and tournaments later as an adult (I'm 30) this is truly inspirational.

I’ve been doing the high performance tennis program of Tennis Fitness a few times already (and going to do it again during my pre-season!) and reallllly liked it! I’ve written a blog about my experience with it ( www.tennisrematch.com/blog/high-performance-tennis-fitness-program ), so maybe you should check it out to understand whether it’s for you or not! If it is, definitely go for it!! Your fitness level will do a big jump!

Normaly i have a big bag ...i love your head bag seems light for travel...i wonder if its confortable ? Can you feel the Raquet in your back? And where i can buy it?
Oh yesss, it is!! I used to have a big bag too, but it was just inconvenient for every-day practice so when it broke I switched to this backpack and you know what? I wish the bag had broken before because it's a different life now! So much better to travel with it!! I can fit 2 rackets in it, and there's a special pocket for them so they are not in the way of all the other stuff (which is really good!). And no, you cannot feel the racket in your back because the pocket comes with some soft padding! For every day use it is really awesome!! I can fit all the shower stuff, one change of clothes (if I'm disciplined with the folding even 2), a pair of shoes, a bottle, a tube of balls and 2 rackets! Depending on your location, you could buy it from Tennis Warehouse (it's currently super discounted right now on the Europe website!) or on Amazon (here's my affiliate link: amzn.to/408luhD) or some other tennis-specialized shop! The backpack is the Head Radical Rebel . Hope this helps! 😊
