Great video. You were so close to getting the first set, and got a bad line call. Bad luck. You hit some good backhands cross court but maybe could have hit more backhands in other directions; I think you said this yourself.

I’m now done with this program and… honestly? Nowhere near enough! It might be good when you’re already in great shape and just want to maintain while playing tournaments, but definitely not as a comeback strategy. So you bet, it’s time to get to the real stuff now (aka HP program)! I reeeeally feel like strength workouts are needed! 💪

i'm on a similar journey myself, just started playing C tournaments this year and the long term goal is to try to play an ITF futures tournament in a year or two and see if i'm actually close to the required level or i'm waaay off. Subbed and can't wait to see the upcoming videos, good luck on your journey 💪 Also you set a very good example of "family comes first" and i'm glad all is well with grandma at home 😊

Putting tennis aside for some months is really hard but it isn't the end of the world, on the other hand, if something were to happen to your grandma and you weren't there you would've regretted it for the rest of your life, so it was definitely the right choice, Elena!
