I was so so so fortunate to have lived in a condo at coal harbour for four months last summer and it was amazing. Walked that sea wall route every day to get my Starbucks at Canada place location...love the run around Stanley park ...crazy beautiful...watching the seat planes landing from my living room window was amazing ...the restaurant on the water called Cardero is really good...great fish and chips and Salmon...going back in a few months! So excited!

You might like it for awhile, but eventually you'll want out. You may not see a patch of blue sky from November to January. Rains alot in the winter. Highly congested with traffic. Extremely expensive apartments. You better have a university degree before you move here.

It's totally overcast from November to February. In that time it's constantly raining. Seasonal Defective Disorder disorder is very common (not enough sunlight). It will put you into a depressive mood.
It is a beautiful city, well organised by local government, people are less and very lively, natural views are very amazing like the mountains, lake or the river. Lake or river whatever it is, is very neat and clean, the colour in the trees in the Autumn season are amazing. Simply a great place to visit
