Hello everyone! I'm presenting you my 30 days progress in planche that has always been my nightmare - got a pure form of full and straddle in past then lost it all. This time I decided to fully dedicate myself into planche workouts just as a few years ago during my body transformation. Please watch this video till the end and be aware that I did not start my workouts from zero. In past I was able to perform straddle and 2/3 seconds of full planche that I lost few months later. This time I decided to fully dedicate myself into planche workouts just as a few years ago during my body transformation and make a progress of my life. Please watch this video till the end and be aware that I did not start my workouts from zero. In past I was able to perform straddle and 2/3 seconds of full planche that I lost few months later. I want you to know that since many calisthenics athletes may be disappointed by a slower progress - planche is really difficult skill and you shouldn't rush it! Take your time and always keep in mind proper body preparation before you move to difficult progressions! Watch the video till the end! I'm back to inspire you!

@@gabri2692 do some planche lean push ups with fingers facing backwards, once you achieve ten reps the first set attempt tuck planche push ups on the ground ten reps again then deep tuck planche push ups between a high surface. Also you can start attempting one leg planche progression tuck your legs and try extending one leg do both sides so you won't have an imbalance once you achieve it move one to advance single leg or straddle planche hold. 👌👍

This is wild. I'm currently at a 3 second straddle, just like Darek was on Day 1. I'm gonna start my 30 day recordings today.
As promised, I filmed my last month doing planche every single day. April 6th I could barely do a 2 second straddle. Today, May 7th, I could pretty much hold a full planche on the parallel bars. Form definitely could use improvement though. If y'all want proof, I post occasionally on my instagram including today: @azn_flag. Cheers Darek!

Way to go Darek it’s scary to see when you can lose skills by not training them I just got my straddle planche a few months ago and haven’t really trained it much but seeing how much work it took me to learn the skill and how easy it is to lose it, you motivated me to keep pushing towards that full planche and Maybe this time I wont skip out on training the skill

Could you talk about how you did not injure yourself in 30 days in a row doing plank and also how you combined the plank with your workouts, that is, at what time did you do basic for example (pull ups, push ups, dips, etc ...)?

Don't let this video over motivate u .. I started from zero 3 months ago and I made it to where I can hold a stradle planche for like 5 seconds But now I have a shoulder injury and can barely do push ups. That happened because I was rushing things too much and now it feels like the most frustrating thing ever.

I am almost there in my straddle planche training. Guess I'll try this out for month straight during the quarantine.
Just do up to 10-15 tries a day so you don't overtrain!
@@forcenxkarate_pro4534 naahhh.... I'll decrease the volume even more. I'll do 7-8 times everyday cause my nutrition sucks nowadays due to the lockdwn so my recovery kinda sucks.
