M8 the quality⏫🔥. Background looking clean as f*** too. When you were going to perform wall walks I were a bit scared for the white paint, but luckely you took off the shoes😂👍. Loved the video!

hey darek, I was about 3 months in on and off compound weighted workouts then broke my big toe and have come off 9 months of injuries to my hands and fingers I dislocated 2 bones in my hand and shattered my wrist and snapped my metacarpral bone and snapped the tip of my finger and sliced my tendon on my index finger which I wasn't able to get 100% mobility back on. I can still perform all my previous exercises but I have recently been wanting to get into calisthenics for health reasons but unsure if my body can keep up. can I still achieve my goals with calisthenics with all these injuries that are now healed and still healing
Love the video but how much reps I should start ? For Example of I do 20 pushup at one time I should do 4x15 ? My biggest problem is with the reps. If I didn't do enough Im not growing if I do too much I got enjured

Should I practice the exercises every day or should I rest a day after a day's workout?
